Abstract

INDONESIA:

Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk menjelaskan signifikan pengaruh pengembangan karier secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan Dinasti Swalayan. Jenis penelitian adalah explanatory research (penelitian penjelasan), yang merupakan penelitian yang menyoroti hubungan variabel-variabel penelitian dan menguji hipotesa yang telah dirumuskan sebelumnya, yaitu variabel inisiatif individu dan inisiatif organisasi. Analisis data bertujuan untuk menyederhanakan hasil olahan data, sehingga mudah untuk dibaca dan diinterpretasikan.

Data dikumpulkan dengan cara observasi, interview (wawancara), dokumentasi. Analisa data melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, populasinya karyawan dinasti swalayan sebanyak 60 orang, sempelnya 52 orang karyawan dinasti swalayan. Analisis datanya memakai analisis regresi linier berganda dan penarikan kesimpulan.

Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel inisiatif indvidu dan inisiatif organisasi berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sedangkan secara parsial, variabel inisiatif individu tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan pada taraf signifikansi 5% terhadap kinerja karyawan. Variabel yang paling dominan berpengaruh adalah inisiatif organisasi. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa inisiatif individu dan inisiatif organisasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, tetapi perlu adanya pengembangan terhadap inisiatif individu, karena belum berpengaruh signifikan.

ENGLISH:

The aims of this research is to describe the significance of influence of Career Development simultantly on Employee Performance in Dinasti Market. This research uses explanatory research ( research explanation ) , which is a study that highlights the relationship variables and test research hypotheses that have been formulated earlier , the variable of individual initiative and organizational initiatives.

Data analysis aims to simplify the data processed , making it easy to read and interpret. Data were collected by means of observation , interviews ( interviews ), documentation, population of employee in Dinasti Market is 60, the sample is 52 people. Analysis of data through analysis data double linier regresion , and making conclusion .

The results showed that the variables indvidu initiatives and organizational initiatives simultaneously influence on employee performance. While partially , individual initiative variables are not significantly influence the significance level of 5 % of the employee 's performance . The most dominant variable is the initiative of the organization. It is concluded that individual initiative and organizational initiatives affect the performance of the employee, but the need for the development of individual initiative , because it has not a significant effect .
