Abstract
INDONESIA:
Kebermaknaan hidup merupakan sesuatu yang dianggap penting dan memberi nilai khusus bagi seseorang yang jika terpenuhi, maka akan membuat individu merasa lebih bahagia, berharga dan memiliki tujuan yang mulia untuk dipenuhi. Sedangkan kinerja merupakan hasil kerja (out put) berkualitas yang dicapai dengan adanya kemampuan, usaha dan kesempatan yang dapat diukur dari akibat yang dihasilkan. Kebermaknaan hidup sangat menunjang kinerja anggota. Tinggi rendahnya kebermaknaan hidup dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor baik internal maupun eksternal. Keberhasilan perusahaan dalam membina komunitas perlu adanya usaha yang keras dalam meningkatkan kualitas anggota, selain itu kinerja anggota perlu adanya perhatian yang serius agar tujuan perusahaan bisa berhasil sesuai misi perusahaan.
Penelitian ini dilakukan pada anggota Dinar Vision Club (DVC) di perusahaan Plaza Dinar Malang, dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kebermaknaan hidup dengan kinerja anggota Dinar Vision Club (DVC). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Populasi subyek saat penelitian sebanyak 346 anggota, kemudian sampel yang diambil yaitu 52 anggota (15% dari 346 anggota), sampel diambil dengan teknik random sampling. Dalam pengumpulan data, peneliti menggunakan metode angket berupa skala. Analisa data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik korelasi Product Moment Karl Pearson, dengan bantuan SPSS versi 16.0 for Windows. Berdasarkan uji validitas variabel (X) Kebermaknaan Hidup dan variabel (Y) Kinerja, diketahui seluruh item pernyataan memiliki nilai Signifikansi Pearson Correlation < 0.05, sehingga disimpulkan bahwa masing masing item X maupun Y valid. Sedangkan uji reabilitas variabel (X) kebermaknaan hidup diketahui nilai Cronbach’s Alpha sebesar 0.876 > 0.60 dan variabel (Y) kinerja diketahui nilai Cronbach’s Alpha sebesar 0.860 > 0.60 sehingga instrumen penelitian semua variabel dikatakan reabel.
Berdasarkan dari hasil analisis mengunakan teknik korelasi R Pearson dengan sampel 52 responden diketahui memiliki nilai Pearson Correlation 0.662 dan tingkat signifikansi 0.000 < 0.05 artinya terdapat hubungan yang positif namun signifikan antara kebermaknaan hidup dengan kinerja anggota Dinar Vision Club (DVC) di Perusahaan Plaza Dinar Malang sebesar 66.2%. Hal ini diartikan bahwa semakin tinggi kebermaknaan hidup anggota maka semakin tinggi kinerjanya, begitu juga sebaliknya apabila kebermaknaan hidup anggota rendah, maka semakin rendah pula kinerjanya.

Meaningfulness of life is something that is important and gives special value to a person if it is met, it will make people feel happier, precious and has a lofty goal to be met. While performance is the result (output) quality achieved with the skills, efforts and opportunities that can be measured from the resulting consequences. Strongly support the meaningfulness of life performance of members. The level of meaningfulness of life is influenced by several factors both internal and external. The company's success in building community there needs to be a lot of effort in improving the quality of the members, other than that the performance of members of the need for serious attention to be able to manage the company's goals fit the company's mission.
The research was carried out on members of Dinar Vision Club (DVC) at Corporate Plaza Dinar Malang, with the aim to determine the relationship between the meaningfulness of life with the performance of members of Dinar Vision Club (DVC). This study uses quantitative methods. The population of the study subjects as much as 346 members, and the samples were taken are 52 members (15% of 346 members), the samples were taken with a random sampling technique. In collecting data, the researcher used the questionnaire method in the form of scale. Analysis of the data in this study using techniques Karl Pearson Product Moment Correlation, using SPSS version 16.0 for Windows. Based on test validity variable (X) Significance of Life and variable (Y) performance, note all items have a value statement Pearson Correlation Significance <0.05, so it is concluded that each item X and Y valid. While the reliability of the test variable (X) meaningfulness of life known the value of Cronbach's Alpha for 0876> 0.60 and variable (Y) performance of the known value of Cronbach's Alpha for 0860> 0.60 so the instrument is said reabel research all variables.
Based on the results of the analysis using Pearson R correlation technique with sample 52 respondents known to have a value of 0662 and the Pearson correlation significance level 0.000 <0.05 means that there is a significant positive relationship between the meaningfulness of life but the performance of the members of Dinar Vision Club (DVC) at Corporate Plaza Dinar poor at 66.2%. This means that the higher the meaningfulness of life members of the higher performance, and vice versa if the meaningfulness of life members is low, then the lower the performance.
