Abstract
INDONESIA:
Pada era globalisasi ini seluruh negara di dunia ini di tuntut untuk lebih selektif lagi dalam memilih sumber daya manusia. Dikarenakan persaingan dalam pekerjaan tidak hanya pada lingkup regional saja akan tetapi juga pada lingkup global. Oleh karena itu kinerja dari sumber daya manusia sangat berperan penting dalam memajukan perusahaan. Salah satu yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan adalah kecerdasan emosional, Seseorang yang memiliki kecerdasan emosional yang tinggi akan mampu mengendalikan emosinya sehingga dapat menghasilkan hasil yang optimal atas kinerjanya.
Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan Analisis regresi linier berganda. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah angket dengan skala likert, dokumentasi dan wawancara. Sampel dalam penelitian ini 100 responden.
Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh secara simultan antara variabel kesadaran diri, penguasaan diri, motivasi, empati dan ketrampilan sosial terhadap kinerja karyawan. Terdapat pengaruh secara parsial antara variabel kesadaran diri, penguasaan diri, motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan, sedangkan variabel empati dan ketrampilan sosial tidak berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dan variabel yang dominan adalah motivasi.

In this globalization era, all countries in the world is in demand to more selective in choosing the human resources. because the job competition in the work not only on a regional scope alone but also on a global scope. Therefore, the performance of human resources plays an important role in advancing the company. One that affects the performance of employees is emotional intelligence, someone who has a high emotional intelligence will be able to control his emotions so as to produce optimal results for its performance. This study aims to investigate the influence of emotional intelligence on employee performance Wava Husada Hospital using the variable self-awareness, self-control, motivation, empathy and social skills. From that background that research conducted under the title "Effect of Emotional Intelligence on Employee Performance Wava Husada Hospital.
This study usesa quantitative approach using multiple linear regression analysis. Techniques collection data used in this study was a question naire with the Likert scale, document ation and interviews. The sample inthis studyof 100 respondents.
The results showedthat there is asimultaneous influence between the variables of self-awareness, self-control, motivation, empathy and social skill sto employee performance. There is apartially effectbetweenthe variablesof self-awareness, self-control, motivationon employee performance, while variable empathy and social skillsare notpartial effect onemployee performance. And the dominant variable is motivation.
