Abstract
INDONESIA:
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara penerimaan diri dengan kepuasan kerja pegawai di Instalasi Gizi Rumah Sakit Saiful Anwar Malang, penerimaan diri adalah suatu tingkatan kesadaran individu tentang karakteristik pribadinya dan adanya kemauan untuk hidup dengan keadaan tersebut sedangkan kepuasan kerja adalah cara pegawai merasakan dirinya atau pekerjaannya. Rumusan masalah pada penelitian ini adalah bagaimana penerimaan diri pegawai, bagaimana kepuasan kerja pegawai, dan apakah ada hubungan antara penerimaan diri dengan kepuasan kerja pegawai, sedangkan tujuan penelitiannya adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat penerimaan diri,kepuasan kerja,dan apakah ada hubungan antara penerimaan diri dengan kepuasan kerja pegawai di Instalasi Gizi Rumah sakit Saiful anwar malang
Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif, dengan penerimaan diri sebagai variabel bebas dan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel terikat,dan metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling, subyek seluruh ahli gizi di Instalasi Gizi Rumah Sakit Saiful Anwar malang sejumlah 45 orang.
Dari hasil analisis penelitian ditemukan hasil signifikansi <0,025 yaitu 0,013 maka hipotesis ada hubungan antara penerimaan diri dengan kepuasan kerja di Instalasi Gizi Rumah Sakit Saiful Anwar Malang doterima, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa kedua variabel yaitu peneriamaan diri dan kepuasan kerja terdapat hubungan yang signifikan. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa semakin tinggi tingkat penerimaan diri, maka terdapat kecenderungan akan semakin tinggi pula tingkat kepuasan kerja.

Formulation of the problem in this research was how the employee self-acceptance, how employee satisfaction, and whether there was a relationship between self-acceptance and job satisfaction of employees, whereas the purpose of
the study was to determine the level of self-acceptance, job satisfaction, and whether there was a relationship between self-acceptance and satisfaction of employees in Nutrition Installation of Saiful Anwar Hospital Malang
The method used quantitative, with self-acceptance as the independent variable and job satisfaction as the dependent variable, and the method of data collection used questionnaires with a sampling technique used purposive sampling method, the entire subject of nutrition at the Nutrition Installation of Saiful Anwar Hospital Malang were 45 people.
From the analysis of the results of the study found significance <0.025 namely 0.013 hypothesis had a relationship between self-acceptance and job satisfaction in Nutrition Installation of Saiful Anwar Hospital Malang that was received, so that it can be concluded that both variables, self-acceptance and job satisfaction, there was a significant relationship. This indicated that the higher of level of self-acceptance, there was a tendency to be higher of the level of job satisfaction.
