Abstract
INDONESIA:
Melihat kondisi lingkungan bisnis yang berpengaruh pada kehidupan organisasi bisnis yang mana dituntut untuk terus bergerak mengikuti arus perubahan yang sangat cepat maka implementasi perencanaan tenaga kerja akan menjadi lebih penting bagi perusahaan karena globalisasi, teknologi baru, dan proses restrukturisasi. Organisasi yang tidak didukung karyawan yang sesuai baik dari aspek kuantitas, kualitas, strategi, dan operasional yang baik, maka dapat dipastikan organisasi tersebut akan sulit mempertahankan dan mengembangkan eksistensinya dimasa yang akan datang. Kondisi demikian juga terjadi pada organisasi seperti Koperasi Wanita Serba Usaha “Setia Budi Wanita” Malang.
Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus, penelitian ini bermaksud mendeskripsikan hasil dari penelitian yang dilakukan dan berusaha menemukan gambaran menyeluruh mengenai suatu keadaan.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan, menunjukkan bahwa implementasi proses perencanaan tenaga kerja pada Koperasi Wanita Serba Usaha Setia Budi Wanita” Malang di pengaruhi oleh aspek perencanaan tenaga kerja dan ruang lingkup perencanaan tenaga kerja. Hasil dari adanya implementasi proses perencanaan tenaga kerja bagi Koperasi Wanita Serba Usaha “Setia Budi Wanita” Malang yaitu Kebutuhan karyawan dapat terpenuhi, kinerja karyawan maksimal, kepuasan anggota pada kinerja karyawan, aktivitas manajemen berjalan maksimal, dan tetap menjadikan Koperasi Wanita Serba Usaha “Setia Budi Wanita” Malang sesuai dengan motonya “Terdepan, Terpercaya, Profesional.”
ENGLISH:
Seeing the condition of the business environment that affects the life business organization which is required to continue to move with the flow of rapid change, the implementation of workforce planning will become more important for companies due to the existance of globalization, new technologies, and the restructuring process. Organizations that are not supported by appropriate employees both from the aspect of quantity, quality, strategy, and good operational, it is guaranteed, the organization will be difficult to maintain and develop its presence in the future. Such conditions also occur in organizations such as the Wanita Serba Usaha Cooperation, "Setia Budi Women", Malang.
This research is a qualitative one with case study approach. This study intends to describe the results of research conducted and trys to find the overall picture of a situation.
Based on the research that has been carried out, the results showed that the implementation process of workforce planning in the Wanita Serba Usaha Cooperation, “Setia Budi Women”, Malang is influenced by aspects of workforce planning and workforce planning scope. Results of the implementation process of workforce planning for the Wanita Serba Usaha Cooperation, "Setia Budi Women", Malang, that the employees, needs can be met and fulfilled, the employee performance was at maximum, satisfaction of members in the performance of employees, management activities run up to, and remain asthe Wanita Serba Usaha Cooperation, “Setia Budi Women”, Malang in accordance with the motto “Leading, Trusted and Professional.”
