Pengaruh stres kerja terhadap kesejahteraan mental dengan spiritualitas tempat kerja sebagai variabel mediasi: Studi pada tenaga medis di RSUD Arosuka Kabupaten Solok

Penelitian ini mengevaluasi pengaruh stres kerja terhadap kesejahteraan mental tenaga medis serta peran spiritualitas di tempat kerja sebagai variabel mediasi pada RSUD Arosuka, Kabupaten Solok. Pendekatan yang digunakan bersifat kuantitatif dengan metode survei, populasi penelitian meliputi 162 tenaga medis dan sampel sebanyak 116 responden dipilih secara simple random sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan Partial Least Squares (SmartPLS).

Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa stres kerja secara signifikan memengaruhi kesejahteraan mental tenaga medis. Selain itu, spiritualitas di tempat kerja berfungsi sebagai mediator yang mereduksi efek negatif stres kerja terhadap kesejahteraan mental, sehingga penguatan aspek spiritualitas di tempat kerja berpotensi membantu mempertahankan dan meningkatkan kondisi mental tenaga medis. Temuan ini menyediakan dasar empiris bagi manajemen rumah sakit untuk merancang program pengelolaan stres dan inisiatif peningkatan spiritualitas kerja.

This study evaluates the effect of work stress on the mental well-being of medical personnel and the role of workplace spirituality as a mediating variable at Arosuka Regional General Hospital, Solok Regency. A quantitative survey approach was used. The study population comprised 162 medical personnel, and a sample of 116 respondents was selected using simple random sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using Partial Least Squares (SmartPLS).

The analysis showed that work stress significantly impacted the mental well-being of medical personnel. Furthermore, workplace spirituality served as a mediator, mitigating the negative effects of work stress on mental well-being. Therefore, strengthening workplace spirituality has the potential to help maintain and improve the mental well-being of medical personnel. These findings provide an empirical basis for hospital management to design stress management programs and initiatives to enhance workplace spirituality.
