Abstract
INDONESIA:
Pola asuh orang tua dianggap sebagai dasar utama untuk pembentukan atau pendidikan karakter pada anak dirumah. Ketika orang tua sudah memberikan pendidikan yang baik dan benar untuk anak bagaimana seharusnya anak bersikap dengan baik kepada teman-temannya dan tidak melakukan pelanggaran norma seperti tindak kekerasan dikalangan remaja awal yang sekarang sering diberitakan di media. Bullying adalah sebuah tindakan atau perilaku agresi dan negatif yang dipelajari seseorang atau sekelompok orang untuk menyakiti orang lain secara berulang kali.
Penelitian ini dilakukan di MTsN 2 Kediri untuk mengetahui perbedaan tingkat perilaku bullying siswa-siswi MTsN 2 Kediri sesuai dengan tipe pola asuh orang tua masing- masing siswa.
Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 76 siswa, yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan skala pola asuh dan bullying yang sebelumnya telah di nilai melalui metode Aiken’S V. Analisa data penelitian menggunakan teknik analisa korelasi product moment dengan bantuan SPSS 12.0 for Windows.
Hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa perilaku bullying pada siswa-siswi MTsN 2 Kediri berada pada kategori sedang dengan prosentase 85%. Sedangkan untuk menghitung perbedaan perilaku bullying menurut jenis pola asuh orang tua siswa terlihat jelas dari hasil perhitungan menggunakan anova satu jalur untuk tipe pengasuhan otoriter memiliki nilai (M=66,76), tipe pengasuhan demokratis (M=56,71), tipe pengasuhan neglectful (M=65,58), tipe pengasuhan indulgent (M=64,79). Artinya, terdapat perbedaan perilaku bullying di tinjau dari tipe pengasuhan orang tua masing-masing siswa di MTsN 2 Kediri. Dengan demikian hipotesis yang diajukan peneliti diterima.
ENGLISH:
Patterns of parenting are considered as the main basis for the formation or character education to children at home. When parents are to give good education and right to the child how the child should behave well to his friends and does not violate such norms of violence among early adolescents who are now often reported in the media. Bullying is an act of aggression and negative behavior or a learned person or group of people to hurt others repeatedly.
The research was conducted in MTsN 2 Kediri to know the differences in levels of bullying students MTsN 2 Kediri in accordance with the type of parenting parents of each student.
This study uses quantitative methods. Subjects numbered 76 students, who were selected using purposive sampling technique. Methods of data collection using a scale of parenting and bullying that had been in value through the method of Aiken'S V. Analysis of research data using product moment correlation analysis techniques using SPSS 12.0 for Windows.
Results research that bullying behavior in students MTsN 2 Kediri in middle category with a percentage of 85%. While to calculate differences by type of bullying behavior parenting parents is obvious from the results of calculations using ANOVA one type of path to authoritarian parenting has a value (M = 66.76), the type of democratic parenting (M = 56.71), the type of neglectful parenting (M = 65.58), the type of indulgent parenting (M = 64.79). That is, there are differences in bullying behavior in the review of the type of parental care each a students 2 Kediri. Thus the research hypothesis is accepted
