Abstract
INDONESIA:
Dalam mendapatkan sebuah kepuasan dalam lingkungan atau tempat kerja, pihak sekolah haruslah melihat sisi psikologis atas kebutuhan dari para guru. Karena jika hal tersebut dilakukan, maka akan memberikan nuansa yang positif bagi kemajuan sekolah. Artinya kepuasan kerja yang dimiliki oleh para guru tergantung dari perlakuan, sikap dan kebijakan sekolah.
Penelitian ini dilakukan di desa rejoso-lor, dengan tujuan (1) untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan kerja guru di desa Rejoso-lor kabupaten Pasuruan, (2) untuk mengetahui tingkat kinerja guru PAUD di desa Rejoso-lor kabupaten Pasuruan, dan (3) untuk mengetahui adanya hubungan antara kepuasan kerja dengan kinerja guru PAUD di desa rejoso-lor kabupaten Pasuruan.
Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif korelasional dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel bebas dan kinerja guru sebagai variabel terikat. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis non parametrik karena subyek dalam penelitian ini hanya 14 orang. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan korelasi Spearman. Dalam pengumpulan data menggunakan 2 buah skala sebagai alat ukur yaitu skala kepuasan kerja dan kinerja guru yang disusun sendiri oleh peneliti dalam bentuk skala likert yang berjumlah 72 item.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) tingkat kepuasan kerja guru PAUD di Desa Rejoso-lor Kabupaten Pasuruanberada pada kategori sedang dengan prosentase sebesar 50% atau sebanyak 7 subyek. (2) mayoritas tingkat kinerja guru PAUD di Desa Rejoso-lor Kabupaten Pasuruan berada dalam kategori tinggi dengan prosentase sebesar 92,86% atau sebanyak 13 subyek. (3) diketahui bahwa hasil dari korelasi Spearman besarnya yaitu 0,080, banyaknya responden N = 14 dan probabilitas uji dua pihak (2-tailed significance) sebesar 0,787 yang artinya tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kepuasan kerja dengan kinerja guru PAUD di Desa Rejoso-lor Kabupaten Pasuruan
ENGLISH:
In order to get the job satisfaction, the school has to consider the psychology aspect based on the teacher need. It will contribute the positive atmosphere for the achievement of the school. It means that the job satisfaction of the teacher depends on the treatment, the behaviour, and the school policy.
The research was conducted in the Rejoso-lor village, the objectives of this study are: (1) To know the level of the job satisfaction of the teacher, (2) To know the level of the achievement of the preschool teacher, (3) To know the relationship between the job satisfaction with the achievement of the preschool teacher.
The methodology of this study uses the correlation quantitave method with the job satisfacton as the independent variable and the achievement of the teacher as the dependent variable. This study is non parametric because the subject of this study are only 14 persons. The analysis of this study uses Spearman correlation. First of all, the job satisfaction and the achievement of the teacher are categorized by determining the mean and the standart deviation. Then, the percentage analysis is done. The data collection data are 2 scales, a scale of the job satisfaction and a scale of the achievement of the teacher, as the instrument. They are 72 items of likert scale which are organized by the researcher.
The result of the study showed that (1) the level of the job satisfaction of the preschool teacher in Rejoso-lor village, Pasuruan regency was in the middle of the level with the percentage of 50% or as many as 7 subjects. (2) The level of the achievement of the preschool teacher in Rejoso-lor village, Pasuruan regency was mostly in the high level with the percentage of 92,86% or as many as 13 subjects. (3) The result showed that Spearman correlation was 0.080, as many as N-14 and the probability test of two variables (2-tailed significance) was 0.787. It meant that there was no significant relationship between the job satisfaction and the achievement of the preschool teacher in Rejoso-lor village, Pasuruan regency.
