Abstract

INDONESIA:

Pendidikan tidak hanya untuk orang normal saja, tetapi juga diperuntukkan untuk tunanetra, karena dibalik kebutaannya ternyata terpendam bakat yang melebihi kaum normal pada umumnya, seperti : pendengaran yang lebih tajam, perabaan yang lebih sensitif, penciuman yang lebih peka, serta daya ingat yang lebih kuat. Selain itu keberadaan yang semakin termarjinal sehingga sekolah musik sebagai salah satu keahlian mereka diharapkan mampu mengasah minat bakat mereka. Dengan menggunakan tema arsitektur perilaku yang lebih dititikberatkan pada persepsi yang mana akan membentuk Behaviour Setting. Diharapkan bangunan yang dirancang akan mampu memberikan landmark dan nodes bagi tunanetra sehingga mereka mampu mandiri dan tidak tergantung pada orang lain. Penerapan tema dalam arsitektur perilaku sendiri adalah dengan menciptakan ruang imaginary space pada spesifikasi ruang-ruang tertentu sehingga menghasilkan persepsi terhadap daya ingat mereka, yang terdiri dari fase opening, fase preparation dan fase klimaks. Menciptakan perlakuan cahaya dan, angin pada tempat tertentu yang diharapkan mampu menjadi penanda bagi tunanetra ketika berorientasi dan mobilisasi. Dengan bentuk bangunan yang berdasarkan pertimbangan terhadap parameter menciptakan perbedaan suasana ruang di dalamnya. Dengan demikian tunanetra mampu menjadi pribadi yang memiliki keahlian dalam masyarakat, memfasilitasi mereka dengan musik dalam bangunan yang tidak memaksa mereka untuk hidup mandiri dengan kelebihan mereka dan menutup kekurangan mereka.

ENGLISH:

Education is not only for normal people, but also for the visually impaired, as it turns out latent talent behind blindness in excess of the normal in general, such as: hearing sharper, touch is more sensitive, more sensitive sense of smell, as well as a more powerful memory . Besides existence of increasingly marginalized, so the music school as one of the skills they are expected to hone their talents interest. By using the theme of behaviour architecture more focused on the perception which will form the Behavior Settings. It is expected that the building is designed to be able to provide landmarks and nodes for the blind so they can be independent and not depend on others. Application of the theme in their own behavior architecture is to create a space imaginary space on the specifics of certain spaces resulting in a perception of their memory, which consists of the opening phase, preparation phase and phase climax. Creating and light treatments, the wind at a particular spot which is expected to be a marker for the visually impaired when oriented and mobilization. With the shape of the building is based on the consideration of the parameters to create different atmosphere of space in it. Thus capable of being visually impaired person who has the expertise in the community, facilitating them with music in a building that does not force them to live independently with their advantages and their disadvantages closed.
