Abstract
INDONESIA:
Penerapan media dalam pendidikan merupakan bentuk kontribusi yang tidak dapat dipisahkan karena dapat membantu proses belajar peserta didik agar bahan ajar yang disajikan lebih menarik. Dengan mengimplementasikan ICT (Information Communication Technology) sebagai salah satu bentuk media pembelajaran yang tidak hanya mampu meningkatkan kreativitas, inovasi dan pemahaman peserta didik melainkan juga dapat memanfaatkan perangkat berbantuan komputer multimedia serta membantu guru dalam meningkatkan prestasi belajar.
Tujuan dalam penelitian yaitu untuk mendeskirpsikan mengenai: (1) Bagaimana implementasi media pembelajaran berbasis ICT pada mata pelajaran IPS dalam program excellent di MTs Zainul Hasan Kabupaten Jember (2) Bagaimana kontribusi media pembelajaran berbasis ICT terhadap prestasi belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran IPS program excellent di MTs Zainul Hasan Kabupaten Jember (3) Faktor pendukung, penghambat serta upaya dalam penerapan media pembelajaran berbasis ICT pada mata pelajaran IPS program excellent di Mts Zainul Hasan Kabupaten Jember.
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpukan data yang digunakan melalui metode observasi, interview, dokumentasi. Dari data yang terkumpul selanjutnya dianalisis menggunakan teknik reduksi data, penyajian data, serta penarikan kesimpulan. Temuan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Implementasi media pembelajaran berbasis ICT pada mata pelajaran IPS pada kelas VII E Al-kuddus dan VIII D Ar-rohman program excellent class telah diterapkan secara kontinyu serta optimal dalam setiap proses pembelajaran berlangsung dengan penggunaan beberapa aplikasi seperti e-mail, e- larning, google, youtobe, KBBI dan diikuti dengan kebijakan one student one laptop sebagai alat penunjang dalam penggunaan media pembelajaran ICT. (2) Kontribusi media ICT terhadap prestasi belajar peserta didik sangat berpengaruh terhadap tingkat pemahaman siswa berdasarkan hasil nilai ulangan harian dengan perolehan nilai mayoritas di atas KKM dengan skor 75. (3) Faktor pendukung pelaksanaan media ICT seperti sarana prasarana, tenaga pendidik, kerjasama antar komunitas pendidikan, tim TIK. Beberapa hambatannya meliputi koneksi jaringan internet, penggunaan aplikasi pembelajaran, penguasaan alat pembelajaran, serta biaya. Adapun upaya dalam pelaksanaannya mencakup adanya pengawasan dan pengontrolan melalui dewan guru, buku penghubung, serta alat pembelajaran sebagai media utama peserta didik.

The application of media in education is a form of contribution that cannot be separated because it can help the learning process of students so that the teaching materials presented are more interesting. By implementing ICT (Information Communication Technology) as a form of learning media that is not only able to increase creativity, innovation and understanding of students but can also utilize multimedia computer-assisted devices and assist teachers in improving learning achievement.
The objectives of the research are to describe: (1) How is the implementation of ICT-based learning media in social studies subjects in the excellent program at MTs Zainul Hasan, Jember Regency (2) How is the contribution of ICT-based learning media to student achievement in social studies subjects excellent program at MTs Zainul Hasan, Jember Regency (3) Supporting factors, obstacles and efforts in the application of ICT-based learning media in social studies subjects at the excellent program at Mts Zainul Hasan, Jember Regency. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach.
Data collection techniques used through the method of observation, interviews, documentation. From the collected data, it was analyzed using data reduction techniques, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The findings of the research show that: (1) The implementation of ICT-based learning media in social studies subjects in class VII E Al-Kuddus and VIII D Ar-rohman excellent class program has been applied continuously and runs optimally in every learning process taking place with the use of several applications such as e-mail, e-larning, google, youtube, KBBI and followed by the one student one laptop policy as a supporting tool in the use of ICT learning media. (2) The contribution of ICT media to student learning achievement greatly influences the level of student understanding based on the results of daily test scores with the majority score above the KKM with a score of 75. (3) Supporting factors for the implementation of ICT media such as infrastructure, educators, collaboration between education community, ICT team. Some of the obstacles include internet network connections, use of learning applications, mastery of learning tools, and costs. The efforts in its implementation include supervision and control through the teacher council, liaison books, and learning tools as the main media for students.
