Abstract
INDONESIA:
Semakin berjalannya waktu, perubahan zaman semakin terus berkembang. Atas perkembangan zaman inilah dapat menyebabkan terjadinya perubahan sikap, perilaku hingga pola pikir dalam diri seseorang. Secara langsung maupun tidak, akan berdampak pula pada persepsi seseorang terhadap kepuasan kerja pada pekerjaannya. kepuasan kerja bergantung pada persepsi seseorang mengenai keinginannya maka adanya permasalahan dapat berpengaruh negatif ataupun positif bergantung pada kontrol diri yang dimiliki karyawan Sehingga, dengan kontrol diri atau locus of control yang baik inilah tidak hanya kepuasan kerja yang akan dirasakan semakin meningkat tetapi kepuasan atau kesejahteraan dalam diri seseorang akan berdampak baik pula. Kesejahteraan subjektif ini yang disebut subjective well-being.
Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Rumah Sakit Islam Fatimah Banyuwangi. Populasi pada penelitian ini sebanyak 85 perawat dengan sampel responden sebanyak 70 perawat. Metode penentuan sampel menggunakan simple random sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran angket. Pendekatan pada penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif, pengujian hipotesis menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan locus of control berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap subjective well-being dan kepuasan kerja, sedangkan subjective well-being tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja sehingga tidak dapat memediasi.
ENGLISH:
As time passes, the changing times continue to develop. For the development of this era can cause changes in attitudes, behavior to mindset in a person. Directly or indirectly, it will also have an impact on one's perception of job satisfaction on the job. Job satisfaction depends on one's perception of their desires, the existence of problems can affect negatively or positively depends on employee self-control So, with good self-control or locus of control this is not only job satisfaction that will feel increasing but satisfaction or well-being within someone will have a good impact too. This subjective well-being is called subjective well-being.
The researcher conducts this study at the Fatimah Islamic Hospital in Banyuwangi. The population in this study was 85 nurses with a sample of respondents as many as 70 nurses—the method of determining the sample using simple random sampling. Data collection carried out through questionnaires. This study's approach is quantitative, testing hypotheses using Partial Least Square (PLS). The results showed that locus of control had a positive and significant effect on subjective well-being ¬ and job satisfaction, while subjective well-being affected job satisfaction so it could not mediate.
