Abstract
INDONESIA:
Keberhasilan kinerja karyawan pada suatu bidang ditentukan berbagai faktor, salah satunya faktor budaya organisasi. Budaya organisasi sangat diperlukan oleh perusahaan karena memiliki nilai-nilai dan norma-norma yang meliputi semua kegiatan organisasi sehingga akan membentuk karakter kinerja karyawan. Nilai dan norma yang terkandung dalam budaya organisasi, mampu menumbuhkan komitmen organisasional pada karyawan sehingga dengan kuatnya budaya organisasi dan komitmen organisasional yang berkembang baik pada perusahaan akan berdampak positif terhadap kinerja karyawan.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji, menganalisis dan membahas apakah variabel budaya organisasi dan variabel komitmen organisasional berpengaruh secara simultan, parsial dan berpengaruh dominan terhadap kinerja karyawan. penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dan penelitian ini menggunakan 85 responden. Dengan data primer dan sekunder yaitu survei langsung tempat penelitian dengan menyebar angket model skala linkert. Model analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Sebelumnya dilakukan pengujian validitas, reliabilitas, beserta uji asumsi klasik terhadap data penelitian.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, Uji simultan (Uji F) digunakan untuk menguji secara bersama-sama ada atau tidak pengaruh variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat dengan membandingkan 96.425 > 3,11 maka Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak, artinya variabel independent berpengaruh simultan terhadap variabel dependent. Uji parsial (Uji t) menunjukkan bahwa variabel budaya organisasi (X1) berpengaruh signifikan dengan nilai thitung 8,199 > ttabel 1,988 dengan signifikansi t 0,000 < 0,05 maka secara parsial variabel (X1) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan (Y). Uji t terhadap variabel (X2) didapatkan 3,180 > ttabel 1,988 atau signifikansi t 0,002 < 0,05 maka secara parsial variabel komitmen organisasional (X2) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan (Y). Variabel budaya organisasi memiliki nilai koefisien korelasi berganda (R)= 0,815 dan r2 adalah 0,6642 atau 66,42%, variabel komitmen organisasional nilai R=0,676 dan r2 adalah 0,4569 atau 45,69%. Sehingga variabel budaya organisasi (X1) yang paling dominan.
ENGLISH:
The success of employee’s performance in a specified field depends on various factors, one of them organizational culture factor. Organization culture is required by company as having values and norms covering all activities of the organization that will shape the character of employees performance. Values and norms contained in the organizational culture, organizational commitment is able to grow on the strength of the employees so that organizational culture and organizational commitment are well developed in the company will have a positive impact on employee performance.
This study is focused on analyzing and discussing whether the variable of organizational culture and organizational commitment influece variables simultaneously, partial and dominant influence on employee performance. This study uses quantitative research and research with 85 respondents. The primary and secondary data is directly placed at survey questionnaire research to spread linkert scale models. The model analysis used is multiple linear regression. Previous testing the validity, reliability, and classical are assumption of the data research.
Based on the data research, simultaneous test (F test) was used to test jointly whether or not influence of independent variables on the dependent variable by comparing Fcount 96,425 > Ftable 3.11 then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, it means the simultaneous effect of independent variables on the dependent variable. Partial test (t test) showed that the culture organization variables (X1) significantly to the value of tcount 8.199 > ttable 1.988 with t significance 0.000 < 0.05 then partially variable (X1) significantly influence employees performance variable (Y). T test on the variable (X2) obtained tcount 3,180 > ttable 1.988 or t significance 0.002 < 0.05 then partially variable of organizational commitment (X2) significantly affects employees performance variable (Y). Organizational culture variable has a value of multiple correlation coefficient (R)= 0.815 and r2 is 0.6642, or 66.42%, variable organizational commitment value of R= 0.676 and r2 is 0.4569 or 45.69%. So the organizational culture variables (X1) is the most dominant.
