Abstract
INDONESIA:
Motivasi merupakan dorongan yang timbul dari dalam dan luar diri individu untuk melakukan aktivitas belajar sesuai dengan keinginan yang dituju. Kunci dari keberhasilan itu sendiri terdapat pada keyakinan, ketika seseorang memiliki keyakinan yang besar untuk mencapai keberhasilan maka ia akan termotivasi untuk melakukan usaha agar tujuannya tercapai,sebaliknya jika seseorang tidak yakin akan dirinya dan kemampuannya bisa jadi ia akan mendapati kegagalan. Keyakinan atas kemampuan sering disebut dengan self-efficacy ,yaitu persepsi diri mengenai seberapa bagus diri dapat memiliki kemampuan untuk melakukan tindakan yang diharapkan.
Berdasarkan latar belakang diatas maka permasalahan yang timbul adalah: (1) Bagaimana tingkat self-efficacy anak panti asuhan al-hasan Jombang?, (2) Bagaimana tingkat motivasi belajar anak panti asuhan al-hasan Jombang?,dan (3) Apakah ada hubungan antara self-efficacy dengan motivasi belajar anak panti asuhan al-hasan ?. Penelitian ini mengambil subjek anak panti asuhan al-hasan Jombang yang duduk dibangku SMP dan SMA yang berjumlah 15 anak ,karena jumlah anak yang duduk dibangku SMP dan SMA kurang dari 100 maka penelitian ini merupakan penelitian populasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif korelasi untuk mengetahui pengaruh atau hubungan dari suatu variable terhadap variable lainnya, kemudian pengolahan data dianalisis dengan korelasi product momen dari Pearson.
Pada penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa mayoritas anak panti asuhan al-hasan mempunyai kategori self-efficacy sedang dengan persentase 53 %,pada tingkat tinggi dengan persentae 47%, dan rendah dengan persentase 0. Untuk tingkat motivasi belajar ditemukan bahwa mayoritas anak panti asuhan al-hasan berada pada kategori sedang dengan persentase 67%, pada tingkat tinggi dengan persentase 33%,dan rendah dengan persentase 0.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara self- effiacy dengan motivasi belajar anak panti asuhan al-hasan, hal ini ditunjukkan pada nilai koefisien korelasi anatar self-efficacy dan motivasi belajar adalah sebesar 0,645 dengan p = 0,009 pada taraf signifikan 0,05.
ENGLISH:
Motivation refers to an encouragement which appears from the individual self, it purposed for doing learning activities that appropriate with the desirability. In this case, conviction becomes a central point of success, when someone has a high conviction for attaining the success, so, he will be motivated to do some efforts for getting the desirability. In contrary, if someone does not convince with his capability, there is no doubt that he will get a failure. A conviction to self capability generally called as Self efficacy, which refers to self perception about how good someone in having capability for doing purposed action.
Based on the background above, here the researcher conveys three research problems, they are: (1) How is self efficacy level of Al-Hasan reformatory children in Jombang?, (2) How is learning motivation level of Al-Hasan reformatory children in Jombang?, (3) Is there any relation between self efficacy and learning motivation of Al-Hasan reformatory children?. This research takes Al-Hasan reformatory children who are in Junior High School and Senior High School which amount to 15 children as a subject of this research, remembering that the students of those two high schools are less than 100 children, therefore, this research concluded as population research. This research applies a correlation quantitative to investigate about the influence or relation of one variable to another variable, next the tabulation of data are analyzed by applying correlation momen product from Pearson.
In this research, the researcher finds that most of all Al-Hasan reformatory children have medium self efficacy with percentage of 53%, in high level with percentage of 47%, and low level with percentage of 0. For learning motivation level, she finds that most of all Al-Hasan reformatory children are in medium level with percentage of 67%, in high level with percentage of 33%, and low level with percentage of 0.
The result of this research shows that there is a significant relation between self efficacy and learning motivation of Al-Hasan reformatory children, this is proved by the correlation coefficient value between self efficacy and learning motivation with 0,645 and p = 0,009 in significant level 0,05
