Abstract
INDONESIA:
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: menguji, meneliti, dan menganalisis Pengaruh Kecerdasan Emosional (EQ) dan Kecerdasan Spiritual (SQ) Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di DISPENDA (Dinas Pendapatan Daerah) Kota Malang dikarenakan pada saat peneliti melaksanakan PKLI (Praktek Kerja Lapangan Integratif) di instansi tersebut, peneliti menemukan adanya indikasi pelibatan kecerdasan emosional (EQ) dan kecerdasan spiritual (SQ) dalam operasional kinerja karyawan DISPENDA Kota Malang. Menurut beberapa teori, EQ dan SQ berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai DISPENDA Kota Malang.
Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai DISPENDA Kota Malang berjumlah 101 orang, sampel penelitian ini sebesar 50 orang pegawai. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode Slovin. Data dikumpulkan langsung dari responden dengan menggunakan instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner dan teks analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, dan regresi linear berganda dengan syarat uji asumsi klasik.
Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Secara simultan atau bersama-sama, kecerdasan emosional (EQ) dan kecerdasan Spiritual (SQ) mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Dinas Pendapatan Daerah Kota Malang. Secara parsial, kecerdasan emosional (EQ) dan kecerdasan Spiritual (SQ) mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Dinas Pendapatan Daerah Kota Malang. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kecerdasan emosional merupakan faktor kecerdasan yang memiliki pengaruh paling dominan dibandingkan kecerdasan spiritual.
ENGLISH:
This study aimed to examine, investigate, and analyze the influence of Emotional Intelligence (EQ) and Spiritual Intelligence (SQ) on employees’ performances. The research was conducted in Regional Revenue of Malang. The reason is when carrying out PKLI (Integrative Practice Field) in the institution, the researcher found indications of the involvement of emotional intelligence (EQ) and spiritual intelligence (SQ) in the performance of Regional Revenue employees. According to some theories, EQ and SQ influence the employees’ performance.
The population of this study consists of all the employees of Regional Revenue of Malang which has 101 employees. The sample of the study are 50 employees. It is taken using Slovin method. The data is collected directly from respondents using research instruments such as questionnaires. The text data is analyzed with validity test, reliability test, and multiple linear regression with the classic assumption test conditions.
The results of this study is that emotional intelligence (EQ) and Spiritual intelligence (SQ) simultaneously have a significant influence on the performance of Regional Revenue Office employees. Partially, emotional intelligence (EQ) and Spiritual intelligence (SQ) have a significant influence on the performance of Malang Regional Revenue Office employees. The analysis showed that emotional intelligence is the intelligence factor that has the more dominant influence than spiritual intelligence.
