Abstract
INDONESIA:
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara simultan dan parsial kemampuan kerja karyawan yang meliputi pengetahuan, keterampilan dan sikap terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan pada Koperasi Simpan Pinjam “ Karya Utama” Garum Blitar dan mengetahui variabel kemampuan yang mempunyai pengaruh dominan terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan pada Koperasi Simpan Pinjam “ Karya Utama” Garum Blitar.
Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah para karyawan pada Koperasi Simpan Pinjam “Karya Utama” Garum Blitar yaitu sebanyak 42 karyawan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian explanatory (penjelasan) yaitu apabila data yang sama peneliti menjelaskan hubungan kausal antara variabel-variabel melalui pengujian hipotesa. Teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sensus atau total sampling, yaitu seluruh populasi digunakan sebagai sampel penelitian. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu analisis regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan uji F dan uji t.
Kesimpulan dari hasil penelitian dapat diketahui bahwa terdapat pengaruh kemampuan kerja karyawan yang meliputi pengetahuan, keterampilan dan sikap baik secara simultan dan parsial terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan pada Koperasi Simpan Pinjam “ Karya Utama” Garum Blitar. Variabel pengetahuan mempunyai pengaruh dominan terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan pada Koperasi Simpan Pinjam “ Karya Utama” Garum Blitar.
ENGLISH:
This study aims to determine the simultaneous and partial effect of the employees' ability, which consists of knowledge; skill; and attitude, toward the work achievement of the employees of “Karya Utama” Garum Blitar Savings and Credit Cooperative. It also aims to determine the ability variables which have a dominant effect toward the work achievement of the employees of “Karya Utama” Garum Blitar Savings and Credit Cooperative.
The populations of this study are all 42 employees of “Karya Utama” Garum Blitar Savings and Credit Cooperative. This research is an explanatory research which means that the causal relationships between variables are then explained through hypothesis testing if the same data occur. The sampling technique used in this study is census or total sampling since all populations are used as the sample. The data analysis employed in this research is multiple linear regression analysis using F test and T test.
The result shows that the employees' work ability, which consists of knowledge; skill; and attitude, affect the work achievement of the employees of “Karya Utama” Garum Blitar Savings and Credit Cooperatives both simultaneously and partially. Furthermore, the knowledge variable has a dominant effect on the work achievement of the employees of “Karya Utama” Garum Blitar Savings and Credit Cooperatives.
