Abstract
INDONESIA:
Rekrutmen adalah proses mendapatkan sejumlah calon tenaga kerja yang cocok dan berkualitas untuk pekerjaan utama dilingkungan suatu organisasi. Penerimaan tenaga guru atau tenaga administrasi lainya merupakan tantangan yang berat bagi pimpinan.Pada sisi yang lain, kita sering mendengar dan mengenal istilah sistem keluarga (family system) dalam proses pengadaan atau peningkatan sumber daya manusia, sehingga unsur subyektifnya sangat tinggi dan konsekuensinya. Untuk menghindari hal ini perlu adanya indikator yang jelas yaitu rekrutmen, sistem rekrutmen, tenaga kerja.
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan mengkaji sistem dan proses rekrutmen di Yayasan Pendidikan Almaarif Singosari Malang dengan menggunakan Penelitian kualitatif yaitu penelitian tentang data yang dikumpulkan dan dinyatakan dalam bentuk kata-kata dan gambar, kata-kata yang disusun dalam kalimat, misalnya kalimat hasil wawancara selengkap mungkin kepada pihak karyawan atau pihak yang menyeleksi karyawan tenaga kerja di Lembaga Yayasan Pendidikan Almaarif Singosari.
Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Rekrutmen tenaga kerja di Yayasan Pendidikan Almaarif Singosari Malang Seyogyanya tidak hanya menerapkan maryt system saja, selain itu masih ada carrier system yang dapat memberikan kesempatan pada pegawainya untuk mengembangkan bakat. penerimaan tenaga kerja edukasi atau non edukasi ini merupakan tantangan yang berat bagi pimpinan karena sering mendengar dan mengenal istilah sistem keluarga (family system) dalam proses pengadaan atau peningkatan sumber daya manusia. Untuk menghindari hal seperti itu Yayasan Pandidikan Almaarif perlu sedikit membuka pintu dalam pengadaan Tenaga Kerja dari luar.
