Abstract
INDONESIA:
Dukungan sosial yang diberikan orang tua merupakan salah satu faktor penting dalam membantu perkembangan pola berfikir anak di sekolah. Dalam mendapatkan prestasi belajar juga di perlukan motivasi berprestasi, karena motivasi merupakan salah satu instrumen yang dapat mempengaruhi prestasi belajar siswa.
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis regresi linier sederhana. Populasi penelitian ini sebanyak 474 siswa dengan sampel 78 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode skala psikologi, dan dokumentasi nilai raport. Data penelitian dianalisis dengan bantuan kompuer SPSS.
Hasil penelitian dukungan sosial orang tua pada kategori tinggi sebesar 80,77% , motivasi berprestasi 79,5% dan untuk prestasi belajar di kategorikan sesuai dengan kebijakan sekolah dengan prosentase 91,03%. Dukungan sosial orang tua tidak mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar berdasarkan tingkat signifikansi pada taraf (0,641>0,05) dengan prosentase pengaruh 0,3 %. Pengaruh motivasi berprestasi terhadap prestasi belajar tidak signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar pada siswa berdasarkan signifikansi berada pada taraf (0,124>0,05) dengan prosentase mempengaruhi 15%. Dukungan sosial orang tua dan motivasi berprestasi tidak mempunyai pengaruh, yang signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar pada taraf (0,515 <0,05). dengan prosentase mempengaruhi 18% sedangakan 82% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain diluar variabel dalam penelitian ini. Faktor tersebut bisa dari faktor internal maupun faktor eksternal yang berasal dari masing-masing individu tersebut.
ENGLISH:
Social support given by parents is one important factor in helping the development of children in the school of thought patterns. In acquiring learning achievement is also in need of achievement motivation, because motivation is one instrument that can affect student achievement.
This research is a quantitative research techniques simple linear regression analysis. The population of this study were 474 students with a sample of 78 respondents. Data collection techniques using psychological scale, and documentation of the value of report cards. Data were analyzed with SPSS kompuer assistance.
Results of the study of social support parents in the high category at 80.77%, 79.5% and achievement motivation for learning achievement categorized in accordance with school policy with a percentage of 91.03%. Social support of parents do not have a significant impact on learning achievement based on the level of significance at the level (0.641> 0.05) with the percentage of influence 0.3%. The influence of achievement motivation on learning achievement is not significant to the students' learning achievement based on the level of significance was (0.124> 0.05) with the percentage affects 15%. Social support of parents and achievement motivation have no effect, significantly to the achievement of learning at the level (0.515 <0.05). with 18% while the percentage affects 82% influenced by other variables outside the variable in this study. These factors can be of internal factors and external factors that come from each individual.
