Perancangan Pusat Wisata Budaya Ponorogo: Tema combined metaphore reyog

Salah satu langkah dan upaya dalam melestarikan budaya dan kekayaan kesenian tradisional Ponorogo, yaitu dengan cara membuat suatu tempat yang menjadi pusat wisata budaya Ponorogo. Yang mana pusat ini setiap saat bisa menampilkan kesenian budaya khas Kabupaten Ponorogo, yang mana tempat ini akan menjadi pusat peningkatan apresiasi budaya, sarana edukatif, dan rekreatif yang sejalan dengan apa yang terkandung dalam al-Quran, Hadits, dan wawasan keislaman. Alasan lain yang mendasari Perancangan Pusat Wisata Budaya Ponorogo adalah minimnya tempat fasilitas pagelaran budaya yang dapat dinikmati setiap harinya di Ponorogo, sedangkan fasilitas tersebut sangat dibutuhkan oleh masyarakat Ponorogo dan para wisatawan dari luar Kabupaten Ponorogo.

Dengan adanya Pusat Wisata Budaya Ponorogo, diharapkan agar peninggalan budaya warisan nenek moyang dapat dilestarikan dan dapat terjaga keasliannya, selain itu nantinya diharapkan dengan adanya pusat wisata budaya dapat menjadi mediator dakwah melalui budaya Ponorogo, sehingga dapat tercipta suasana sosial, ekonomi, dan budaya yang baik di antara sesama masyarakat.

Dalam Perancangan Pusat Wisata Budaya Ponorogo ini menggunakan tema Combined Metaphore Reyog karena dengan tema ini dapat mengeksplorasi bentuk yang lebih banyak dengan batasan-batasan visual, bentuk, filosofi, sifat, karakter dan nilai-nilai yang terkandung dalam budaya seni Tari Reyog Ponorogo.

One of the ways to preserve the cultures and traditional arts in Ponorogo is by means of building a place where is the center of cultural tourism of Ponorogo. This place is supposed to present the arts and cultures of Ponorogo regency. Moreover, it will be the center to increase the cultures appreciation, educative devices, and recreation point which is in line with Quran, Hadits, and Islamic point of view. Besides, the reason to do this research is because of the limit p lace facilitating the cultures exhibition which is able to be enjoyed by the people of Ponorogo. In fact, this facility is needed by those people and domestic tourists.

The Cultural Tourism Center of Ponorogo is supposed to conserve the inheritance coming from the ancestors so that the authenticity is protected. Furthermore, it is going to be a religious media which is in line with the cultures of Ponorogo with the intention that the social, economy, and cultures environments are created through the society.

The theme of this effort is Combined Metaphore Reyog since this theme enables to explore the more figures with the limitation of visual, shapes, philosophy, characterization, and values contained in the arts and cultures of Reyog Dance of Ponorogo.
