ABSTRAK:

The Architecture Cluster merupakan proyek desain eksploratif yang merespons kebutuhan akan ruang kerja kreatif dan interaktif di Kota Malang. Proyek ini tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai kantor, tetapi juga sebagai wadah komunitas arsitektur dan ruang publik yang mendorong keterlibatan masyarakat. Mengusung pendekatan experiential design, perancangan difokuskan pada penciptaan pengalaman ruang yang berkesan melalui keterlibatan multisensorik, desain yang berpusat pada pengguna, serta narasi dan teknologi imersif. Bangunan ini mencakup berbagai fungsi, seperti studio arsitektur, galeri pameran, dan kafe, yang seluruhnya dirancang untuk mendukung kolaborasi, edukasi, dan interaksi sosial. Tata massa, pengolahan tapak, serta pembagian zonasi ruang dirancang untuk menjawab isu sirkulasi udara, pencahayaan alami, dan efisiensi ruang. Dengan pendekatan yang inovatif ini, The Architecture Cluster diharapkan menjadi ruang inspiratif yang menghubungkan dunia arsitektur dengan masyarakat umum secara lebih dekat dan dinamis.

ABSTRACT:

The Architecture Cluster is an exploratory architectural project responding to the need for creative and interactive workspaces in Malang City. The project functions not only as an office but also as a hub for the architectural community and a public space that fosters broader societal engagement. Employing an experiential design approach, the project focuses on creating memorable spatial experiences through multisensory engagement, user-centered design, narrative elements, and immersive technology. It incorporates multiple facilities including an architectural studio, exhibition gallery, and thematic café, all designed to promote collaboration, education, and social interaction. The site layout, building massing, and zoning are strategically designed to address issues such as air circulation, natural lighting, and spatial efficiency. Through this innovative approach, The Architecture Cluster aims to be an inspirational environment that connects the field of architecture with the wider public in a more dynamic and inclusive way.

The Architecture Cluster هو مشروع تصميم استكشافي يستجيب للحاجة إلى مساحات عمل إبداعية وتفاعلية في مدينة مالانج. لا يعمل المشروع كمكتب فحسب، بل يعمل أيضًا كمنصة مجتمعية معمارية ومساحة عامة تشجع على المشاركة المجتمعية. وباتباع نهج التصميم التجريبي، ركز التصميم على خلق تجارب مكانية لا تُنسى من خلال المشاركة متعددة الحواس والتصميم الذي يركز على المستخدم والسرد والتقنية الغامرة. يتضمن المبنى وظائف مختلفة، مثل الاستوديوهات المعمارية وصالات العرض والمعارض والمقاهي ذات الطابع الخاص، وكلها مصممة لدعم التعاون والتعليم والتفاعل الاجتماعي. وقد صُممت الكتلة ومعالجة الموقع وتقسيم المساحات لمعالجة قضايا دوران الهواء وضوء النهار وكفاءة المساحة. من خلال هذا النهج المبتكر، من المتوقع أن يصبح الحي المعماري مساحة ملهمة تربط عالم الهندسة المعمارية بالمجتمع الأوسع بطريقة أكثر قرباً وديناميكية.
