Peran kompetensi guru IPS dalam pelaksanaan Proyek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila di Kelas VII SMP Islam Hasanuddinn Dau Malang

Guru memainkan peran penting dalam pelaksanaan Proyek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila (P5) dengan mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai Profil Pelajar Pancasila dalam pembelajaran, memfasilitasi proyek, dan menjadi motivator bagi siswa untuk mencapai profil pelajar Pancasila. IPS menjadi mata pelajaran yang dibutuhkan untuk masyarakat terutama bagi peserta didik agar menjadi generasi yang lebih peka terhadap lingkungan sosial masyarakat masyarakat dan mampu mengatasi persoalan-persoalan pada dirinya sendiri ataupun persoalan yang ada di lingkungannya. Maka, Guru IPS perlu memiliki kompetensi untuk merancang dan memberikan pembelajaran yang mengaitkan konsep-konsep Profil Pelajar Pancasila dengan situasi nyata.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk; 1) mendeskripsikan kompetensi guru Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial (IPS) kelas VII SMP Islam Hasanuddin Dau Malang, 2) Mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan Proyek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila (P5) di kelas VII SMP Islam Hasanuddin Dau Malang, 3) Mendeskripsikan kendala guru IPS dalam pelaksanaan Proyek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila di Kelas VII SMP Islam Hasanuddin dau Malang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif sesuai dengan keadaan di lapangan. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data berdasarkan teori dari Miles dan Huberman yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data dan penyimpulan data.

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa; 1) kompetensi yang dikuasai guru IPS kelas VII SMP Islam Hasanuddin Dau Malang sudah cukup baik, terbukti dari guru IPS kelas VII SMP Islam Hasanuddin Dau Malang sudah memenuhi beberapa indicator dalam kompetensi pedagogik, kompetensi kepridbadian, kompetensi sosial, dan kompetensi professional, 2) pelaksanaan Proyek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila di Kelas VII SMP Islam Hasanuddin Dau Malang dilakukan dengan mengikuti alur kegiatan yang dibuat, 3) Kendala guru IPS dalam Pelaksanaan Proyek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila adalah pemahaman yang kurang tentang P5, keterbatasan fasilitas sekolah, minimnya waktu pertemuan dengan siswa.

Teachers play an important role in the implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5) by integrating the values of the Pancasila Student Profile in learning, facilitating projects, and becoming motivators for students to achieve the Pancasila student profile. Social studies is a subject needed for society, especially for students to become a generation that is more sensitive to the social environment of the community and is able to overcome problems in themselves or problems in their environment. Therefore, social studies teachers need to have the competence to design and provide learning that relates the concepts of the Pancasila Student Profile to real situations.

This research aims to; 1) describe the competence of Social Sciences (IPS) teachers in grade VII of Hasanuddin Dau Islamic Junior High School Malang, 2) Describe the implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5) in grade VII of Hasanuddin Dau Islamic Junior High School Malang, 3) Describe the obstacles faced by social studies teachers in the implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project in Class VII of Hasanuddin Dau Islamic Junior High School Malang. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method according to the situation in the field. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis is based on the theory from Miles and Huberman, namely data reduction, data presentation and data inference.

The results of the study show that; 1) the competencies mastered by social studies teachers in grade VII of SMP Islam Hasanuddin Dau Malang are quite good, as evidenced by the social studies teachers of grade VII of SMP Islam Hasanuddin Dau Malang have met several indicators in pedagogic competence, personal competence, social competence, and professional competence, 2) the implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project in Class VII of SMP Islam Hasanuddin Dau Malang is carried out by following the flow of activities made, 3) The obstacles faced by social studies teachers in implementing the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project are a lack of understanding of P5, limited school facilities, and minimal meeting time with students.

يلعب المعلمون دورا مهما في تنفيذ مشروع تعزيز ملف تعريف الطالب في بانكاسيلا (P5) من خلال دمج قيم ملف تعريف طالب بانكاسيلا في التعلم ، وتسهيل المشاريع ، وأن يصبحوا محفزين للطلاب لتحقيق ملف تعريف طالب بانكاسيلا. العلوم الاجتماعية هي مادة مطلوبة للمجتمع ، وخاصة للطلاب ليصبحوا جيلا أكثر حساسية للبيئة الاجتماعية للمجتمع وقادر على التغلب على المشاكل في أنفسهم أو المشاكل في بيئتهم. لذلك ، يحتاج معلمو العلوم الاجتماعية إلى الكفاءة لتصميم وتوفير التعلم الذي يربط مفاهيم ملف تعريف طالب Pancasila بالمواقف الحقيقية.

يهدف هذا البحث إلى: ١) وصف كفاءة معلمي العلوم الاجتماعية (العلوم الاجتماعية) الصف السابع من المدرسة الإعدادية الإسلامية حسن الدين داو مالانغ ، ٢) وصف تنفيذ مشروع تعزيز ملف تعريف طلاب بانكاسيلا (P5) في الصف السابع من المدرسة الإعدادية الإسلامية حسن الدين داو مالانج ، ٣) وصف دور كفاءات معلمي العلوم الاجتماعية في تنفيذ مشروع تعزيز ملف تعريف طلاب بانكاسيلا في الصف السابع من المدرسة الإعدادية الإسلامية حسن الدين داو مالانغ. تستخدم هذه الدراسة منهج وصفي نوعي حسب الوضع في الميدان. تقنيات جمع البيانات من خلال الملاحظة والمقابلات والتوثيق. يعتمد تحليل البيانات على نظرية مايلز وهوبرمان ، وهي تقليل البيانات وعرض البيانات واستدلال البيانات.

تظهر نتائج الدراسة ما يلي: ١) الكفاءات التي أتقنها مدرس العلوم الاجتماعية في الصف السابع من المدرسة الإعدادية الإسلامية حسن الدين داو مالانج جيدة جدا ، كما يتضح من مدرس الدراسات الاجتماعية للصف السابع من المدرسة الإعدادية الإسلامية حسن الدين داو مالانج قد استوفى العديد من المؤشرات في الكفاءة التربوية ، وكفاءة الشخصية ، والكفاءة الاجتماعية ، والكفاءة المهنية ، ٢) تنفيذ مشروع تعزيز ملف تعريف الطالب في بانكاسيلا في الصف السابع من المدرسة الإعدادية الإسلامية حسن الدين داو مالانج من قبل بعد تدفق الأنشطة التي تم إجراؤها ، ٣) كفاءات معلمي العلوم الاجتماعية الذين يلعبون أكبر دور في تنفيذ مشروع تعزيز ملف تعريف الطالب في بانكاسيلا هي فهم مفهوم ملف تعريف طالب بانكاسيلا ، والكفاءة في تصميم المشاريع ذات الصلة ، والكفاءة في تسهيل التعلم القائم على المشاريع ، والكفاءة في دمج قيم ملف تعريف طالب بانكاسيلا ، والكفاءة في تشجيع التفكير النقدي ، والكفاءة في بناء التعاون ، والكفاءة في استخدام التكنولوجيا
