يهدف هذا البحث إلى دراسة وتحديد الجملة المستقلة، سواء كانت جملة فعلية أم إسمية، في القصة القصيرة "طبلية من السماء" للكاتب يوسف إدريس، وذلك باستخدام نظرية التاغميميك لكينيت ل. بيك. ويتبع هذا البحث منهجًا وصفيًا نوعيًا معتمدًا على نظرية التاغميميك لكينيت ل. بيك، حيث يمر البحث بمرحلتي جمع البيانات وتحليلها. أما مرحلة جمع البيانات فتتم من خلال تقنيتي القراءة والتدوين، بينما تشمل مرحلة تحليل البيانات مراحل تقليص البيانات، وعرض البيانات، واستخلاص النتائج. وتمثّلت نتائج هذا البحث في اكتشاف أنواع من الجمل المستقلة التي تتميّز بتراكيب متنوعة، ومنها ما يلي: (أ) بنية الجملة المستقلة المتعدية: فعل (P) + فاعل (S) + مفعول به (O)، فاعل (S) + مساعد (Ajg) (F. Prep) + فعل (P) + مفعول به (O)، فاعل (S) + فعل (P) + مفعول به (O) + مساعد (Ajg) (F. Adj). (ب) بنية الجملة المستقلة اللازمة: فعل (P) + فاعل (S)، فعل (P) + فاعل (S) + مساعد (Ajg) (F.Prep)، فعل (P) + فاعل (S) + مساعد (Ajg) (F.Adj)، فعل (P) + فاعل (S) + مساعد (Ajg) (F.Adv). (ج) بنية الجملة المستقلة التعادلية: مبتداء (S) + خبر (P) + مساعد (Ajg). (د) بنية الجملة المستقلة الثابتة: مبتداء (S) + خبر (P).

ABSTRACT

The objective of this research is to examine and identify independent clauses, both verbal and nonverbal, in the short story “Thabaliyyah min As-sama’” by Yusuf Idris using Kenneth L. Pike’s Tagmemic theory. This study employs a descriptive qualitative research method by applying the Tagmemic theoretical approach developed by Kenneth L. Pike. The research consists of data collection and analysis stages. The data collection stage involves reading and note-taking techniques, while the data analysis stage includes data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study reveal various types of independent clause structures, including: (a) transitive independent clause structures consisting of P + S + O, S + Modifier (Prepositional Phrase) + P + O, and S + P + O + Modifier (Adjective Phrase); (b) intransitive independent clause structures consisting of P + S, P + S + Modifier (Prepositional Phrase), P + S + Modifier (Adjective Phrase), and P + S + Modifier (Adverbial Phrase); (c) equative independent clause structure identified as S + P + Modifier; and (d) stative independent clause structure identified as S + P, all of which were identified using Kenneth L. Pike’s Tagmemic theory.

ABSTRAK

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meneliti dan mengidentifikasi klausa independent baik berupa klausa verbal maupun nonverbal pada cerita pendek “Thabaliyyah min As-sama’” karya Yusuf Idris menggunakan teori Tagmemik Kenneth L. Pike. Penelitian menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan teori Tagmemik Kenneth L. Pike. Penelitian ini melalui tahap pengumpulan dan analisis data. Adapun tahap pengumpulan data terdiri dari teknik baca dan catat sedangkan dalam tahap analisis data terdapat tahap reduksi data, penyajian data dan kesimpulan data. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu ditemukannya jenis klausa independen yang memiliki struktur yang beragam, diantaranya adalah : (a) Struktur klausa independen transitif terdiri dari P + S + O, S + Ajg (F. Prep) + P + O, dan S + P + O + Ajg (F. Adj). (b) Struktur klausa independen intransitif terdiri dari P + S, P + S + Ajg (F. Prep), P + S + Ajg (F. Adj), dan P + S + Ajg (F. Adv). (c) Struktur klausa independen ekuatif ditemukan S + P + Ajg. (d) Struktur klausa independen statif ditemukan S + P yang semuanya diidentifikasi menggunakan teori tagmemik Kenneth L. Pike.
