Perancangan mall UMKM di Trenggalek dengan pendekatan sustainable architecture

Trenggalek merupakan salah satu kabupaten yang berada di Jawa Timur dan memiliki beberapa tempat wisata alam yang menarik untuk dikunjungi. Adanya pengunjung yang mengunjungi pariwisata di Trenggalek dapat meningkatkan sektor pariwisata dan perekonomian bagi masyarakat. Untuk menciptakan peluang usaha bagi masyarakat, maka diperlukan suatu wadah untuk mengembangkan perekonomian di daerah Trenggalek. Salah satu potensi untuk mengembangkan perekonomian adalah dengan memanfaatkan UMKM yang berkembang di Trenggalek. Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) merupakan salah satu penggerak perekonomian di Kabupaten Trenggalek dan merupakan salah satu pilar perekonomian nasional. Perancangan Mall UMKM ini difungsikan untuk menunjang kebutuhan masyarakat dari segi ekonomi dan lingkungan karena belum adanya fasilitas Mall di Kabupaten Trenggalek yang mewadahi UMKM. Perancangan Mall UMKM di kabupaten Trenggalek yang berfungsi sebagai sarana kegiatan UMKM (usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah) bagi masyarakat. Selain itu, dapat berfungsi sebagai sarana rekreasi, kuliner, hiburan dan dapat menambah daya tarik bagi masyarakat untuk meningkatkan kualitas perekonomian di kabupaten Trenggalek. Oleh karena itu, pendekatan yang dapat diterapkan dalam perancangan ini adalah pendekatan Arsitektur Berkelanjutan (Sustainable Architecture). Sustainable Architecture merupakan konsep arsitektur yang mengedepankan pembangunan yang ramah lingkungan sehingga dapat meminimalisir dampak negatif terhadap lingkungan dengan cara efisien dan bijak dalam penerapan material, energi dan pengolahan ruang. Dengan penerapan prinsip-prinsip Sustainable Architecture pada perancangan Mall UMKM ini diharapkan dapat berkelanjutan dan dapat memaksimalkan penggunaan sumber daya alam agar dapat bertahan lebih lama sehingga bermanfaat bagi lingkungan dan generasi yang akan datang.

Trenggalek is one of the districts in East Java and has several natural attractions that are interesting to visit. The existence of visitors who visit tourism in Trenggalek can increase the tourism sector and the economy for the community. To create business opportunities for the community, a forum is needed to develop the economy in the Trenggalek area. One of the potentials to develop the economy is by utilizing MSME that are developing in Trenggalek. Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) are one of the drivers of the economy in Trenggalek Regency and are one of the pillars of the national economy. The design of this MSME Mall is needed to support the needs of the community in terms of economy and environment because there are no Mall facilities in Trenggalek Regency that accommodate MSME. The design of the MSME Mall in the Trenggalek area which functions as a means of MSME (micro, small and medium enterprises) activities for the community. In addition, it can function as a means of recreation, culinary, entertainment and can increase the attractiveness for the community to improve the quality of the economy in Trenggalek district. Therefore, the approach that can be applied in this design is the Sustainable Architecture approach. Sustainable Architecture is an architectural concept that promotes environmentally friendly development so as to minimize negative impacts on the environment by being efficient and wise in the application of materials, energy and space processing. With the application of Sustainable Architecture principles in the design of this MSME Mall, it is hoped that it can be sustainable and can maximize the use of natural resources to last longer so that it benefits the environment and future generations.

ترينجاليك هي واحدة من المناطق في جاوة الشرقية ولديها العديد من المعالم الطبيعية التي تثير الاهتمام بزيارتها. يمكن أن يؤدي وجود الزوار الذين يزورون السياحة في ترينجاليك إلى زيادة قطاع السياحة والاقتصاد للمجتمع المحلي. لخلق فرص عمل للمجتمع، هناك حاجة إلى منتدى لتطوير الاقتصاد في منطقة ترينجاليك. تتمثل إحدى إمكانيات تطوير الاقتصاد في الاستفادة من الشركات متناهية الصغر والصغيرة والمتوسطة التي تطورت في ترينجاليك. تُعد المشروعات متناهية الصغر والصغيرة والمتوسطة أحد محركات الاقتصاد في محافظة ترينجاليك وهي إحدى ركائز الاقتصاد الوطني. وهناك حاجة إلى تصميم هذا المركز التجاري UMKM لدعم احتياجات المجتمع من حيث الاقتصاد والبيئة لأنه لا توجد مرافق مركز تجاري في محافظة ترينجاليك تستوعب هذه المشاريع في ترينجاليك. تصميم مركز تسوق UMKM في منطقة ترينجاليك والذي يعمل كوسيلة لأنشطة UMKM (المشاريع الصغيرة والمتوسطة والمتناهية الصغر) للمجتمع. وبالإضافة إلى ذلك، يمكن أن يعمل كوسيلة للترفيه والطهي والترفيه ويمكن أن يزيد من جاذبية المجتمع لتحسين جودة الاقتصاد في منطقة ترينجاليك. لذلك، فإن النهج الذي يمكن تطبيقه في هذا التصميم هو نهج العمارة المستدامة. العمارة المستدامة هو مفهوم معماري يعزز التنمية الصديقة للبيئة بحيث يقلل من الآثار السلبية على البيئة من خلال الكفاءة والحكمة في استخدام المواد والطاقة ومعالجة المساحات. من خلال تطبيق مبادئ العمارة المستدامة في تصميم هذا المركز التجاري في أم القيوين، من المأمول أن يكون مستداماً وأن يحقق أقصى استفادة من الموارد الطبيعية ليدوم لفترة أطول بحيث يعود بالنفع على البيئة والأجيال القادمة.
