Kebanggaan kolektif anggota perguruan silat: Kera Sakti, Setia Hati Terate, Pagar Nusa

Konflik antar perguruan silat sering kali terjadi. Hal ini didasari oleh sikap fanatisme. Sikap ini berkembang dari kebanggan kolektif. Kebanggaan secara teoritis, sangat berhubungan dengan konsep identitas sosial dan harga diri kolektif.(Rubin & Hewstone, 1998). Pada penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat perbedaan kebanggan kolektif masa beberapa perguruan silat. Penelitian ini mengunakan teori kebanggaan dari Sullivan (2013).Kebanggaan kolektif dicirikan dengan emosi positif, identitas sosial tinggi dan harga diri kolektif yang tinggi.

Penelitian melibatkan 150 responden dengan rincian 50 subyek dari anggota kelompok kera sakti, 50 subyek dari anggota kelompok setia hati dan 50 subyek dari anggota kelompok perguruan silat. Pengukuran kebanggaan kolektif, terdiri dari 24 item, validitas dari yang terkecil 0,272 sampai 0,910 dan reliabilitas sebesar 0.908.

Hasil dalam penelitian ini adalah terdapat perbedaan tingkat kebanggaan kolektif anggota kelompok perguruan silat Kera Sakti, Setia hati dan pagar nusa. Kelompok Kera Sakti (rerata sikap 63.56), kelompok pagar nusa (rerata sikap 72.74) dan kelompok setia hati (rerata sikap 67.54). Hal ini menunjukkan perbedaan yang signifikan Collective Pride terhadap kelompok-kelompok tersebut pernyataan tersebut didasarakan pada hasil uji F dengan menggunakan Anova, hasilnya ditemukan nilai F=7.036p=0.01 (p= 0.01 = Signifikan).

Clashes between perguruan silat frequently happen. This is based on the attitude of fanaticism. This attitude is developed from a collective pride. The pride is associated theoretically with the concept of social identity and collective self- esteem (Rubin & Hewstone, 1998). This study is aimed to find out the differences in collective pride among the mass at several perguruan silat. This study uses pride theory proposed by Sullivan (2013) which collective pride is characterized into a positive emotion, a high social identity, and a high collective self-esteem.

This study involves 150 respondents from the member of kera sakti, setia hati, and pagar nusa which are 50 people of each group. The measurement of the collective pride consists of 24 items, the validity from 0.272 to 0.910, and the reliability is 0.908.

The result shows that there are differences in collective pride level of the member of perguruan silat Kera Sakti, Setia hati, and Pagar Nusa, which are kera sakti (mean: 63.56), pagar nusa (mean: 72.74), and setia hati (mean: 67.54). This indicates their significant differences in Collective Pride against the groups, regarding the test result of F using Anova resulting that F value =7.036 p=0.01 (p= 0.01 = Significant).
