Abstract
INDONESIA:
Tumbuh-tumbuhan adalah gambaran segala sesuatu yang baik dan bermanfaat bagi manusia sebagaimana firman Allah SWT dalam Qs. Asy Syu’ara (26):7. Ekstrak etil asetat Anting-anting diuji secara in vivo menghasilkan efisiensi 90,74%. Hasil pengujian secara HPLCMS menunjukkan ekstrak etil asetat Anting-anting positif mengandung senyawa berberin sebagai senyawa aktif antimalaria. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menentukan nilai parameter spesifik dan non-spesifik ekstrak etil asetat tumbuhan Anting-anting. Penentuan parameter standar ekstrak dilakukan sesuai peraturan dari BPOM RI tentang Parameter Standar Umum Tanaman Obat.
Ektraksi tumbuhan Anting-anting dilakukan secara maserasi menggunakan pelarut etil asetat, kemudian dilakukan pengujian terhadap parameter spesifik dan non spesifik. Penentuan parameter spesifik kandungan senyawa larut air dan etanol dilakukan melalui metode gravimetri. Pengujian kandungan senyawa alkaloid menggunakan reagen Meyer dan Dragendorff. Penentuan alkaloid total dilakukan secara gravimetri. Penentuan senyawa marker berberin melalui LC-MS. Pengujian parameter non-spesifik kadar air dan abu secara gravimetri. Pengujian sisa pelarut secara destilasi. Pengujian kadar cemaran logam Pb dilakukan secara AAS.
Hasil pengujian parameter spesifik standardisasi ekstrak etil asetat Anting-anting (Acalypha indica Linn.) menunjukkan bahwa kandungan senyawa larut air sebanyak 9,548% ± 0,527, ekstrak larut etanol 79,62167% ± 1,902. Kandungan alkaloid dengan reagen Dragendorff dan Meyer menunjukkan hasil positif. Kadar alkaloid total dalam ekstrak diperoleh sebanyak 68,2577% ± 3,648. Senyawa marker berberin positif teridentifikasi pada tR 15,76 menit dengan kadar sebanyak 30,17%. Hasil pengujian parameter non-spesifik ekstrak etil asetat Anting-anting menunjukkan kadar air sebanyak 17,9497% ± 0,6656, kadar abu sebanyak 1,978% ± 0,3153, kadar sisa pelarut (etil asetat) 0,9989 ± 0,00782 dan kadar cemaran logam Pb sebesar 4,46 µg/Kg.

Plants are describing of everything that is good and beneficial to humans life, as Allah SWT says in Qs. Asy Syu'ara (26): 7. The ethyl acetate extract of Anting-anting has 90,74% of effeciency by in vivo test. The HPLC-MS test results show the ethyl acetate extract of Anting-anting containing the berberine compound as the antimalarial active compound. This study was conducted to determine the value of the specific parameter and non-specific parameter of ethyl acetate extracts of Anting-anting. Determination of the standard parameter extracts have made according to the rules of BPOM RI on Parameters General Standards of Medicinal Plants.
Extraction of Anting-anting plant was done by maceration method using ethyl acetate solvent, and then testing of specific and non-specific parameter. Determining the specific parameters of water and ethanol-soluble compounds were done through gravimetric method. Detrmination of alkaloid compound was done by using Meyer and Dragendorff reagent. Determination of the total alkaloid was done gravimetrically. Determination of berberine as the marker compounds was done by UPLC-MS. Non-specific parameter testing water and ash content were done gravimetrically. Testing of residual solvent by distillation. Testing levels of lead metal contamination (Pb) was done by Athomic Absorbtion Spechtrophotometry (AAS).
The results from the specific parameters test of the ethyl acetate extract of Anting-anting (Acalypha indica Linn.) showed that the content of water soluble compounds as much as 9.548% ± 0.527, ethanol-soluble extract 79.62167% ± 1.902. Alkaloid content with reagents Dragendorff and Meyer showed positive results. Levels of total alkaloids in the extract obtained by 68.2577% ± 3.648. Compound berberine marker positively identified at tR 15.76 minutes by levels of as much as 30.17%. The test results of non-specific parameter ethyl acetate extract Anting-anting showed the water content of as much as 17,9497 ± 0.6656%, ash content as much as 1.978% ± 0.3153, the levels of residual solvents (ethyl acetate) and 0.9989 ± 0.00782 Pb metal contamination levels of 4.46 μg/Kg.
