Abstract
INDONESIA:
Dewasa ini usaha distro sudah menjamur ke seluruh kota besar di Indonesia. Tidak terkecuali kota Malang yang terkenal sebagai kota pelajar dan wisata. Pangsa pasar bisnis distro di kota Malang ini tiap tahun selalu mengalami pekembangan yang sangat signifikan.
Tetapi perkembangan distro di Malang tidak terpusat pada suatu wilayah, sehingga menyebabkan kurang tepatnya sasaran pasar usaha distro. Karena hal inilah maka perlu adanya suatu wadah (park) seluruh distro di kota Malang yang kedepannya akan menjadi trade center perkembangan usaha distro di Indonesia.
Perancangan distro park ini merupakan wadah tempat pemproduksian dan pemasaran karya-karya distro di seluruh kota Malang yang berada di ruang terbuka (open space) dengan dikelilingi taman. Obyek dirancang dengan mengedepankan prinsip hemat energi, ramah lingkungan, dan mengurangi kerusakan bumi, melalui taman yang didesain sedemikian rupa yang sesuai dengan tema arsitektur bioklimatik.
Bentuk masa bangunan didesain untuk dapat memaksimalkan potensi iklim tapak seperti matahari dan angin sehingga dapat meminimalkan energi buatan. Bentuk fisik bangunan diolah sekedemikian rupa sehingga pola masa bangunan bersifat aerodinamis dengan tujuan mengalirkan pergerakan angin dari barat ke timur. Sedangkan penataan masa bangunan yang mengelilingi sisi utara, selatan, dan barat tapak telah sesuai dengan analisa yang telah diterapkan pada software ECOTECT 5.50, sehingga pergerakan matahari dan bayangan yang ditimbulkan telah sesuai dengan tema arsitektur bioklimatik. Penataan masa bangunan dengan tema arsitektur bioklimatik ini juga telah ditunjang dengan sistem taman terbuka (park) yang berada disekitar bangunan. Hal ini bertujuan untuk memaksimalkan penyinaran sinar matahari secara maksimum dan pergerakan angin.
ENGLISH:
Nowadays distro business has spread into all cities in Indonesia, including Malang. Malang is famous with the tourism place and the city of education. The market sale of distro business in Malang every year always has a very significant development.
However developments of distro in Malang are not concentrated in one area but separated across the city and district, thus causing from the inappropriate target market distro business. Because of this circumstance, it is necessary to build a place where all of the distro that spread all over Malang assembled together in a park. In the future this park will be a trade center of distro business development in Indonesia.
The design of the future distro of this park is a container for the production and marketing of distro in the entire city of Malang in open space and surrounded by gardens. Objects are designed by highlighting principle of energy-efficient, environmentally friendly, and reduce damage to the earth. The park design is very match with the theme of architecture bioclimatic.
Form of the building is designed to maximize the potential of climate footprint such as solar and wind energy so as to minimize the artificial energy. Physical form of buildings processed in such way in order top make pattern of the building is aerodynamically, with the aim of the movement of winds flowing from west to east. While the arrangement of the buildings that surround the north, south, and west of the site are in accordance with the analysis that has been applied to the software ECOTECT 5.50, so that movement of the sun and the shadows that have been generated in accordance with the bioclimatic architectural theme. Arrangement of the buildings with the bioclimatic architectural theme has also been supported by a system of open space situated around the building. It aims to maximize the maximum exposure to sunlight and wind movement.
