Dongeng adalah sebagian dari salah satu karya sastra, senada dengan pembahasan kali ini, dongen yang berjudul seribu satu siang dan malam karya nazib mahfuz yang Menjadi sana pembahasan dalam tindak sosial. tindak sosial adalah kajian dalam sosialogi sastra yang memusatkan perhatiannya pada mahkluk hidup dan masyarakat. Adapun rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah apa saja kalimat yang menunjukkan kalimat tindak sosial dalam cerita seribu satu siang dan malam karya nazib mahfuz menurut max weber, dan apa saja tindak sosial itu.Dalam penelitian ini saya menggunakan metode penelitian deskriftif.

adapun sumber data penelitian ini diambil dari novel seribu satu siang dan malam karya Nazib mahfuz. sedangkan sumber data teorinya saya dapatkan dari buku-buka yang menjelaskan tentang teori tindak sosial yang sesuai dengan pendapat max weber. Metode analisis data ini terdapat ada empat puluh contoh tindak sosial yang di dalam novel seribu satu siang dan malam karya nazib mahfuz, diataranya tindakan tradisonal yang menunjukkan kebiasaan soerang ma’ruf yang gemar ke warung amir, yang kedua tindakan efektif yang dimana berkaitan dengan amarah ma’ruf, yang ketiga tindakan yang bertujuan dengan nilai, dan yang keempat tindak sosial yang bertujuan dengan maksud.
