Abstract
ABSTRACT
PT. InfomediaSolusiHumanikain XCity is a company that has engaged in the field of Human Capital Services. PT. InfomediaSolusiHumanika has provided human resource management service solutions to more than one hundred companies. High and low job satisfaction has an impact on turnover intention. Burnout also has a large impact against turnover intention. Employee who feels burnout with a low level of job satisfaction will tend to make employee leaves the company.
The research used Path Analysis. Collecting data used scale that was filled by 110 respondents with an un-proportional random sampling method. The scale was distributed to telemarketing call center divisions located in the offices of PT. ISH. The scale used the job satisfaction scale that referred to Robbins's theory (2008) turn turnover intention scale that referredthe theory of (Simamora, 2004: 26), burnout scale that referred to the theory of (Maslach and Jackson, 1981).The results of data processing were obtained the level of job satisfaction with a percentage of 49%, the level of turnover intention with a percentage of 71.8% and the level of burnout with a percentage of 66.3% in the medium category. Directly, it was obtained the influence of job satisfaction against turnover intention that was -0.455 with a significance level of 0,000. Furthermore, the path analysis results were obtained bythe interaction method that burnout increased turnover intention in influencing job satisfaction with a value of -0.709 with a significance level of 0,000. The conclusion is that burnout as mediation strengthens the influence of job satisfaction against turnover intention on the employees of PT. ISH in Xcity.
ABSTRAK
PT. Infomedia Solusi Humanika di Kota X merupakan merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang Human Capital Services. PT. Infomedia Solusi Humanika telah memberikan solusi layanan pengelolaan sumber daya manusia kepada lebih dari seratus perusahaan. Tinggi rendahnya kepuasan kerja memiliki dampak terhadap turnover intention. Burnout juga memiliki dampak yang besar terhadap turnover intention. Karyawan yang merasa burnout dengan tingkat kepuasan kerja yang rendah akan cenderung membuat karyawan keluar dari perusahaan.
Penelitian ini menggunakan Analisis Jalur (path analysis). Pengambilan data menggunakan skala yang diisi oleh 110 responden dengan metode unproportional random sampling. Skala disebarkan pada devisi call center telemarketing yang terdapat di kantor PT. ISH. Skala yang digunakan adalah skala kepuasan kerja yang mengacu pada teorinya Robbins (2008)¸ skala turnover intention yang mengacu pada teorinya (Simamora, 2004:26), skala burnout yang mengacu pada teorinya (Maslach dan Jackson, 1981).
Hasil pengolahan data diperoleh tingkat kepuasan kerja dengan prosentase 49%, tingkat turnover intention dengan prosentase 71,8% dan tingkat burnout dengan prosentase 66,3% dalam kategori sedang. Secara langsung diperoleh pengaruh antara kepuasa kerja terhadap turnover intention bernilai -0,455 dengan taraf signifikansi 0,000. Lebih lanjut diperoleh hasil analisis jalur dengan metode interaksi bahwa burnout berfungsi meningkatkan turnover intention dalam mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja dengan nilai -0,709 dengan taraf signifikansi 0,000. Kesimpulannya bahwa burnout sebagai mediasi memperkuat pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap turnover intention pada karyawan PT. ISH di kota X.
