Abstract
ENGLISH:
Guava wer (Prunus persica L. Batsch) is a plant from the Tengger tribe which is based on ethnopharmaceutical studies as an antidiarrheal, so it has the potential to be developed into herbal medicine. This requires further research, one of which is information on the content of metabolites to identify compounds contained in guava wers fruit (Prunus persica L. Batsch). The purpose of this study was to determine the metabolite profile of n-hexane fraction, chloroform fraction, ethyl acetate fraction, and water fraction from guava wers fruit (Prunus persica L. Batsch) using UPLC-QToF-MS / MS.
Ethanol extract 96% of guava wers fruit (Prunus persica L. Batsch) was fractionated in stages using n-hexane, chloroform, ethyl acetate and water. Each fraction was prepared with methanol and then injected each 5µl into UPLC-QToF-MS / MS with a mobile phase of mixed water/formic acid 99,0/0.1 [v/v] and acetonitrile/formic acid 99,0/0,1 [v /v] with a gradient elution system and a C18 stationary phase. Then the results of the analysis are interpreted using Masslynx 4.1 software and the Chemspider website.
The results obtained were a total of 59 compounds in the n-hexane fraction, 73 compounds in the chloroform fraction, 77 compounds in the ethyl acetate fraction, and 47 compounds in the water fraction. The major compound found in the n-hexane fraction is the Phenacetin compound, the chloroform fraction is a 2 '- [(4-Methyl-2-oxo-3-propyl-2H-chromene-5,7-diyl) bis(oxy) diacetic acid compound, in the ethyl acetate fraction is a compound 1,3-Diaminoguanidine monohydrochloride, and in the water fraction is a 1-Methoxy-1H-benzimidazole compound.

Jambu wer (Prunus persica L. Batsch) merupakan tumbuhan dari suku Tengger yang berdasarkan studi etnofarmasi berkhasiat sebagai antidiare, sehingga berpotensi dikembangkan menjadi obat herbal. Hal tersebut memerlukan penelitian lebih lanjut salah satunya mengenai informasi kandungan metabolit untuk mengidentifikasi senyawa yang terdapat dalam buah jambu wer (Prunus persica L. Batsch). Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui profil metabolit fraksi n-heksana, fraksi kloroform, fraksi etil asetat, dan fraksi air dari buah jambu wer (Prunus persica L. Batsch) menggunakan UPLC-QToF-MS/MS.
Ekstrak etanol 96% buah jambu wer (Prunus persica L. Batsch) difraksinasi secara bertingkat menggunakan n-heksana, kloroform, etil asetat dan air Masing-masing fraksi dipreparasi dengan metanol lalu diinjeksikan masing-masing sebanyak 5µl kedalam UPLC-QToF-MS/MS dengan fase gerak campuran air/asam format 99,0/0,1 [v/v] dan asetonitril/ asam format 99,0/0,1 [v/v] dengan sistem elusi gradien dan fase diam C18. Kemudian hasil analisis diinterpretasikan menggunakan software Masslynx 4.1 dan situs Chemspider.
Hasil yang diperoleh terdapat total 59 senyawa dalam fraksi n-heksana, 73 senyawa dalam fraksi kloroform, 77 senyawa dalam fraksi etil asetat, dan 47 senyawa dalam fraksi air. Senyawa mayor yang terdapat pada fraksi n-heksana adalah senyawa Phenacetin, pada fraksi kloroform adalah senyawa 2'-[(4-Methyl-2-oxo-3-propyl-2H-chromene-5,7-diyl)bis(oxy)]diacetic acid, pada fraksi etil asetat adalah senyawa 1,3-Diaminoguanidine monohydrochloride, dan pada fraksi air adalah senyawa 1-Methoxy-1H-benzimidazol.
