Abstract
INDONESIA:
Sumber daya manusia merupakan unsur penting dalam sebuah organisasi, kemajuan perusahaan dapat terwujud tergantung pada kinerja dan produktivitas sumber daya manusia pada oganisasi yang bersangkutan. Keberhasilan sebuah organisasi dapat diukur dari kinerja organisasi secara keseluruhan, salah satu indikator keberhasilan organisasi yaitu dengan melihat produktivitas sumber daya manusia dalam organisasi tersebut. Produktivitas sumber daya manusia tidak dapat datang secara instan, tetapi memerlukan beberapa stimulus dan dukungan yang dapat meningkatkan produktivitas sumber daya manusia diantaranya lingkungan kerja yang baik seperti kepemimpinan, komunikasi, pengendalian, motivasi. Dari latar belakang itulah sehingga penelitian ini dilakukan dengan judul “Pengaruh Motivasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di Baitul Maal Wa Tamwil Sidogiri Pasuruan”
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penentuan sampel berdasarkan tehnik simple random sampling, sampel yang akan diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan tetap yang bekerja di BMT Sidogiri yaitu sebanyak 83 responden. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis regresi linier berganda.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa, variabel motivasi (fisiologi, rasa aman, sosial, penghargaan, aktualisasi diri) memiliki pengaruh simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Secara parsial variabel motivasi hanya ada dua variabel yang berpengaruh signifikan (variabel fisiologi dan variabel penghargaan) terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Human resource is an essential aspect in an organization, and a company’s progress can be manifested depends on the human resource’s productivity and performance on the said organization. An organization’s success can be measured from the organization performance in general, and one of the organization’s indicators of success is by seeing the human resource productivity on that organization. Human resource productivity cannot come instantly, but it needs some stimulus and support that are able to improve their productivity, few of them are good working atmosphere such as leadership, communication, control, and motivation. From this background, this research entitled “The Effect of Motivation toward Employees’ Performance on Baitul Maal Wa Tamwil Sidogiri Pasuruan” was conducted.
This research used qualitative approach. The sample was taken using simple random sampling technique. The sample in this research was the 83 permanent employees who work in BMT Sidogiri. The data analysis used in this research was multiple regression linear analysis method.
The result of this research showed that motivation variable (physiology, safety, social, reward, self-actualization) affected simultaneously toward the employees’ performance. Partially, in motivation variable, there were only two variables that significantly affect the employees’ performance, namely physiology and reward variables.
