Abstract
INDONESIA:
Pengawasan atau yang disebut juga pengendalian mempunyai hubungan erat terhadap pengembangan karir karyawan, karena pengendalian merupakan landasan utama untuk dilakukannya pengembangan karier karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan fungsi manajemen pengendalian tenaga kerja dalam upaya pengembangan karier karyawan pada Koperasi Agro Niaga Indonesia Syari’ah Jawa Timur Malang.
Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif, dengan lebih banyak bersifat uraian dari hasil wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian yaitu sebagai berikut : Pengumpulan Data, Reduksi Data, Display Data, Verifikasi dan Penegasan Kesimpulan. Selanjutnya data yang telah diperoleh akan dianalisis secara kualitatif serta diuraikan dalam bentuk deskriptif.
Setelah dilakukan penelitian disimpulkan bahwa penerapan fungsi manajemen pengendalian tenaga kerja sangat erat kaitannya dengan pengembangan karier karyawan. Hasil pengendalian tenaga kerja akan sejalan lurus dengan pengembangan karier kerjanya. Jika hasil pengendalian tenaga kerja baik maka perkembangan kariernya akan berjalan dengan baik pula.
ENGLISH:
Supervision or control is also known to have close ties to the career development of employees, because control is the main foundation for career development employee does. This study aims to determine the application of labor control management function in the development of career employees at the Cooperative Agro Niaga Indonesia Shariah Malang East Java.
This study is a descriptive study, with more character descriptions from interviews and documentation studies. Data analysis techniques used in the study are as follows: Data Collection, Data Reduction, Data Display, Verification and Confirmation of Conclusions. Furthermore, the data that have been obtained will be analyzed qualitatively and described in descriptive form.
After doing the research concluded that the application of labor control management function is closely associated with the career development of employees. The results of the control of labor will be a straight line with the development of his career. If the results of the control of both the workforce career development will go well too.
