Abstract
INDONESIA:
Yayasan PPPI Jeru Tumpang merupakan yayasan sekolah formal yang berdiri di tengah Pendidikan Pondok Pesantren Jeru Tumpang. Adanya pandemi COVID-19 membuat pemerintah mengeluarkan kebijakan PSBB (Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar) yang mengakibatkan hampir semua sekolah yang kegiatan belajar mengajarkanya dilakukan secara online dari rumah. Namun, pada Yayasan PPPI Jeru Tumpang kegiatan belajar mengajar tetap dilakukan secara tatap muka.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Subjective Well Being terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior, dengan adanya peran Komitmen Organisasi sebagai variabel intervening yang menunjukkan pengaruh tidak langsung antara Subjective Well Being terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Partisipan penelitian ini sebanyak 91 orang guru dan tenaga pendidik Yayasan PPPI Jeru Tumpang. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuisioner serta menggunakan teknik analisis jalur.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya pengaruh langsung yang signifikan antara Subjective Well Being terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior, serta antara Komitmen Organisasi terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Adanya pengaruh langsung yang tidak signifikan antara Subjective Well Being terhadap Komitmen Organisasi, serta adanya pengaruh tidak langsung antara Subjective Well Being terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior dengan Komitmen Organisasi sebagai varaibel intervening.
ENGLISH:
The Jeru Tumpang PPPI Foundation is a formal school foundation that stands in the middle of the Jeru Tumpang Islamic Boarding School Education. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the government issued a PSBB (Large-Scale Social Restriction) policy which resulted in almost all schools where teaching and learning activities were carried out online from home. However, at the PPPI Jeru Tumpang Foundation, teaching and learning activities are still carried out face-to-face.
This study aims to determine the effect of Subjective Well Being on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, with the role of Organizational Commitment as an intervening variable which shows the indirect effect of Subjective Well Being on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. The participants of this study were 91 teachers and educators of the PPPI Jeru Tumpang Foundation. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires and using path analysis techniques.
The results of this study indicate that there is a significant direct influence between Subjective Well Being on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, and between Organizational Commitment to Organizational Citizenship Behavior. There is an insignificant direct influence between Subjective Well Being on Organizational Commitment, and an indirect influence between Subjective Well Being on Organizational Citizenship Behavior and Organizational Commitment as an intervening variable

مؤسّسة PPPI جيرو تومفانج هي المؤسّسة الرسميّة الّتي تقوم في أثناء تربية معهد جيرو تومفانج. حضور وباء COVID-19 يجعل الحكومة أن يخرج سياسة PSBB (Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar) الّتي تسبّب ما كاد كلّ المدرسة يؤدّي عمليّة التعلّم و التعليم بـ online من البيت. و لكنّ مؤسّسة PPPI جيرو تومفانج تؤدّي عمليّة التعلّم و التعليم بالتوجّه.
و غرض هذا البحث لمعرفة تأثير Subjective Well Being نحو Organizational Citizenship Behavior، بوجود دور تعهّد المنظّمة كمتغيّر intervening الّذي يدلّ تأثير غير المباشرة بينSubjective Well Being نحو Organizational Citizenship Behavior. و المتّبع في هذا البحث هو 91 مدرّسا و مربّي مؤسّسة PPPI جيرو تومفانج. و أخذ الحقائق يعني بنشر الأسئلة و استخدام طريقة تحليل السبيل.
ونتيجة هذا البحث تدلّ وجود تأثير المباشرة واضحا بين Subjective Well Being نحو Organizational Citizenship Behavior و بين تعهّد المنظّمة نحو Organizational Citizenship Behavior. و وجود تأثير المباشرة غير واضح بين Subjective Well Being نحو تعهّد المنظّمة، و وجود تأثير غير المباشرة بين Subjective Well Being نحو Organizational Citizenship Behavior بتعهّد المنظّمة كمتغيّر intervening
