Abstract
INDONESIA:
Sejalan dengan perkembangan bisnis yang pesat dan beragam, banyak perusahaan dalam mengkomunikasikan brandnya dengan strategi-strategi jitu sehingga dapat memenangkan persaingan bisnis yang berkesinambungan. Pabrik Kata-Kata Joger Bali merupakan sebuah brand yang unik dan terkenal di kalangan masyarakat terlebih wisatawan lokal maupun asing sehingga mereka dapat menilai brand Joger Bali memiliki khas tersendiri dari brand lain yang ada dan memiliki pancaran keistimewahan ketika mengenakannya.
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk mendiskripsikan dan mengetahui strategi yang terjadi dalam membangun brand kharismatik pada Pabrik Kata-Kata Joger Bali.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pabrik Kata-Kata Joger Bali tidak menerapkan strategi yang ada berdasarkan teori-teori yang terkemuka, namun dengan sikap BAJU2RA6BER yakni Baik, Jujur, Ramah, Rajin, Bertanggungjawab, Berimajinasi, Berinisiatif, Berani, Bersyukur dan Bermanfaat. Sikap tersebut di terapkan oleh Joger Bali dengan konsisten dan konsekuen berdasarkan inovasi dan kreatifitas yang fundamental sehingga dapat mencapai brand yang sukses.
ENGLISH:
In line with the rapid business growth and diverse, many companies in communicating its brand with a surefire strategies that can win the competition sustainable business. Words Factory Joger Bali is a unique brand and popular among the people especially local and foreign tourists so that they can assess brand Joger Bali has unique from other existing brand and has radiance keistimewahan when wearing it.
This research is a qualitative descriptive study aimed to describe and determine strategies that occur in charismatic brand building on Words Factory Joger Bali.
The results showed that Words Factory Joger Bali does not implement existing strategies based on leading theories, but with the attitude BAJU2RA6BER Good, Honest, Friendly, Diligent, Responsible, Imagining, Initiative, Brave, grateful and Helpful. The attitude applied by Joger Bali with consistent and consequent based on innovation and creativity are fundamental in order to achieve a successful brand.
