Abstract
INDONESIA:
Manajemen sumber daya manusia merupakan sistem-sistem dalam sebuah organisasi untuk memastikan penggunaan bakat manusia secara efektif dan efisien guna mencapai tujuan - tujuan organisasional. Oleh karena itu pelaksanaan rekrutmen, seleksi, dan penempatan tenaga kerja merupakan hal yang sangat penting di koperasi BMT-UGT Pasuruan yang merupakan salah satu koperasi syariah di Pasuruan yang sangat berkembang dalam peningkatan usahanya.
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan rekrutmen, seleksi dan penempatan tenaga kerja pada BMT-UGT Sidogiri Pasuruan. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Penelitian kualitatif adalah penelitian yang bermaksud untuk memahami fenomena tentang apa yang dialami oleh subyek penelitian.
Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pelaksanaan rekrutmen, seleksi dan penempatan tenaga kerja di koperasi BMT-UGT Sidogiri Pasuruan lebih memprioritaskan para alumni pondok pesantren sidogiri karena prinsip yang di pegang BMT-UGT adalah jujur dan amanah. Koperasi BMT-UGT mulai mengadakan perekrutan tenaga kerja melalui prosedur rekrutmen secara administrasi harus melampirkan hal-hal sebagai berikut: surat lamaran, foto copy KTP, kartu keluarga, biodata diri, SKCK, ijazah terakhir, foto warna. Untuk proses seleksi ini mencakup: seleksi administrasi, tes tulis, psikotes, wawancara, pengumuman hasil seleksi.
Kemudian penempatan tenaga kerja tergantung pada kemampuan tenaga kerja sesuai dengan standar yang diinginkan oleh BMT-UGT Sidogiri Pasuruan.
ENGLISH:
Human resource management is the systems within organization to ensure the use of human talent effectively and efficiently to achieveorganizational goals. Therefore the implementation of the recruitment, selection, and placement of workers is of great importance in BMT-UGT Pasuruan which is one of the Islamic cooperative institutions which is pasuruan higly developed in the improvement efforts. The purpose of this study is to determine the implementation of the recruitment, selection and placement of workers in the BMT-UGT Sidogiri Pasuruan.
The research includes descriptive qualitative research methods. Qualitative research is research that aims at understanding the phenomenon of what is experienced by study subjects.
The results showed that the implementation of recruitment, selection and placement of workers in cooperatives BMT-UGT Sidogiri Pasuruan higher priority boarding school alumni sidogiri is because of the principle of BMT-UGT is honest and trustworthy. BMT-UGT began alabor recruitment procedures in the administration must attach the following: cover letter, copy of ID card, family card, biodata, SKCK, last diploma, color photo. For this selection processincludes: the selection and dministration, written tests, psychologicaltests, interviews, announcement of selection results. Employment thendepends on the ability of labor in accordance with the standards required by the BMT-UGT Sidogiri Pasuruan.
