Rancang bangun sistem informasi berbasis web untuk program Duta Baca Kota Batu menggunakan metode Scrum

Perkembangan teknologi informasi mendorong kebutuhan akan sistem digital yang mampu mendukung pengelolaan dan penyebaran informasi secara efektif. Duta Baca Kota Batu sebagai organisasi mitra Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Kota Batu menghadapi permasalahan belum tersedianya sistem digital yang mendukung pelaksanaan program literasinya. Informasi kegiatan masih disebarkan melalui media sosial secara tidak terstruktur dan pengumpulan karya program Nabung Karya masih dilakukan secara manual, sehingga menghambat jangkauan dan efektivitas program. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan membangun sistem informasi berbasis web untuk program Duta Baca Kota Batu menggunakan metode Scrum. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan pendekatan Scrum yang bersifat iteratif dan adaptif. Pengembangan sistem dilakukan melalui tahapan Product Backlog, Sprint Planning, Sprint Execution, dan Sprint Review dalam periode 28 April hingga 21 Mei 2026 menggunakan platform WordPress. Sistem yang dibangun mencakup fitur halaman program literasi, pengiriman karya Nabung Karya yang terintegrasi dengan WhatsApp, halaman karya dan detail karya, artikel informasi, serta fitur pencarian. Hasil pengujian Black Box Testing menunjukkan tingkat keberhasilan sebesar 100% pada 16 test case yang diuji. Pengujian System Usability Scale (SUS) memperoleh nilai rata-rata 92,625 dengan kategori Excellent, yang menunjukkan bahwa website mudah digunakan dan dapat diterima dengan baik oleh pengguna. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa metode Scrum efektif diterapkan dalam pengembangan sistem informasi berskala kecil karena mampu mengakomodasi perubahan kebutuhan secara fleksibel selama proses pengembangan berlangsung.

The advancement of information technology drives the need for digital systems capable of supporting effective information management and dissemination. Duta Baca Kota Batu, as a partner organization of the Batu City Library and Archives Service, faces the problem of the unavailability of a digital system to support the implementation of its literacy programs. Activity information is still disseminated through social media in an unstructured manner, and the collection of works for the Nabung Karya program is still carried out manually, thus hindering the reach and effectiveness of the program. This study aims to design and develop a web-based information system for the Duta Baca Kota Batu program using the Scrum method. The research type used is Research and Development (R&D) with an iterative and adaptive Scrum approach. System development was carried out through the stages of Product Backlog, Sprint Planning, Sprint Execution, and Sprint Review during the period of April 28 to May 21, 2026, using the WordPress platform. The system built includes features such as literacy program pages, Nabung Karya submission integrated with WhatsApp, work and work detail pages, information articles, and a search feature. Black Box Testing results showed a 100% success rate across 16 tested test cases. The System Usability Scale (SUS) testing obtained an average score of 92.625 in the Excellent category, indicating that the website is easy to use and well accepted by users. This study proves that the Scrum method is effectively applied in small-scale information system development due to its ability to flexibly accommodate changing requirements throughout the development process.

يدفع التطور المتسارع في تكنولوجيا المعلومات الحاجةَ إلى أنظمة رقمية قادرة على دعم إدارة المعلومات ونشرها بصورة فعّالة. تواجه منظمة دوتا باكا مدينة باتو، بوصفها شريكاً لدائرة المكتبات والأرشيف في مدينة باتو، مشكلة غياب نظام رقمي يدعم تنفيذ برامجها في مجال تعزيز القراءة والمعرفة. إذ لا تزال معلومات الأنشطة تُنشر عبر وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي بشكل غير منظم، كما يجري جمع الأعمال في برنامج نابونج كاريا يدوياً، مما يعيق انتشار البرنامج وفعاليته. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تصميم وبناء نظام معلومات قائم على الويب لبرنامج دوتا باكا مدينة باتو باستخدام منهج سكرام. واعتمدت الدراسة منهج البحث والتطوير (R&D) وفق نهج سكرام التكراري والتكيّفي. وقد جرى تطوير النظام عبر مراحل قائمة المتطلبات، وتخطيط الدورة، وتنفيذ الدورة، ومراجعة الدورة، خلال الفترة الممتدة من ٢٨ أبريل حتى ٢١ مايو ٢٠٢٦، باستخدام منصة ووردبريس. يشتمل النظام المطوَّر على صفحات برامج تعزيز القراءة، وإرسال الأعمال عبر تكامل مع واتساب، وصفحات عرض الأعمال وتفاصيلها، والمقالات الإعلامية، وميزة البحث. وأظهرت نتائج اختبار الصندوق الأسود نسبة نجاح بلغت ١٠٠٪ عبر ١٦حالة اختبار. كما حصل النظام على متوسط درجة ٩٢٫٦٢٥ في اختبار مقياس قابلية الاستخدام (SUS) بتصنيف ممتاز، مما يدل على سهولة استخدام الموقع وقبوله من قِبَل المستخدمين. وتُثبت هذه الدراسة أن منهج سكرام فعّال في تطوير أنظمة المعلومات الصغيرة النطاق، لقدرته على استيعاب متطلبات متغيرة بمرونة طوال مراحل التطوير.
