Sistem pendukung keputusan pada penentuan pemenang festival Sholawat Al-Banjari berbasis Web

Festival Sholawat Al-Banjari merupakan salah satu ajang kompetisi seni musik Islami yang melibatkan banyak tim peserta dengan proses penilaian yang kompleks dan multi-kriteria. Selama ini, proses rekapitulasi nilai oleh panitia sering kali menghadapi kendala efisiensi waktu, risiko kesalahan hitung (human error), serta tantangan dalam menentukan bobot prioritas kriteria penilaian secara objektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun sebuah Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) penentuan pemenang Festival Sholawat Al-Banjari berbasis web yang dapat mempermudah pengelolaan data nilai dan menentukan peringkat pemenang secara akurat dan transparan.
Sistem yang dikembangkan menerapkan kombinasi metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) dan Skor Linear. Metode AHP digunakan secara spesifik untuk menentukan bobot prioritas dari kriteria perlombaan yang dinilai oleh para juri, yaitu kriteria Vokal Suara dan Lagu, kriteria Banjari, serta kriteria Adab. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan AHP yang konsisten (Consistency Ratio < 0,1), diperoleh bobot prioritas tertinggi pada kriteria Vokal Suara dan Lagu sebesar 0,50, sedangkan kriteria Banjari dan Adab masing-masing memiliki bobot sebesar 0,25. Selanjutnya, metode Skor Linear diterapkan untuk memproses akumulasi matriks nilai alternatif dari juri dengan mengalikannya terhadap vektor bobot kriteria guna menghasilkan nilai preferensi akhir dan urutan peringkat pemenang secara otomatis.
Pengujian fungsionalitas sistem dilakukan menggunakan metode Black Box Testing dengan hasil yang menunjukkan bahwa semua fungsi utama sistem berjalan dengan baik. Implementasi SPK berbasis web ini berhasil memangkas waktu rekapitulasi nilai oleh panitia, meminimalkan risiko kesalahan komputasi, serta menjamin objektivitas hasil keputusan pemenang festival secara real-time.

The Sholawat Al-Banjari Festival is an Islamic music competition that involves many participating teams and features a complex, multi-criteria judging process. To date, the organizing committee’s score tabulation process has often faced challenges related to time efficiency, the risk of human error, and difficulties in objectively determining the weighting of evaluation criteria. This study aims to develop a web-based Decision Support System (DSS) for determining the winners of the Al-Banjari Sholawat Festival that can facilitate the management of score data and determine the winners’ rankings accurately and transparently.
The system developed employs a combination of the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Linear Scoring methods. The AHP method is specifically used to determine the priority weights of the competition criteria evaluated by the judges, namely the Vocal and Song criteria, the Banjari criteria, and the Etiquette criteria. Based on the results of the AHP calculation, which showed consistency (Consistency Ratio < 0.1), the highest priority weight was assigned to the Vocal and Song criteria at 0.50, while the Banjari and Etiquette criteria each had a weight of 0.25. Next, the Linear Scoring method was applied to process the accumulated matrix of alternative scores from the judges by multiplying them by the criterion weight vector to automatically generate final preference scores and the ranking order of the winners.
System functionality testing was conducted using the Black Box Testing method, with results showing that all of the system’s main functions are working properly. The implementation of this web-based decision support system has successfully reduced the time required by the committee to tabulate scores, minimized the risk of computational errors, and ensured the objectivity of the festival’s winner selection in real time.

يعتبر مهرجان الصلوات البنجاري إحدى فعاليات المنافسة في فنون الموسيقى الإسلامية التي تضم العديد من الفرق المشاركة بعملية تقييم معقدة ومتعددة المعايير. حتى الآن، غالبًا ما تواجه لجنة التنظيم صعوبات في إعادة تجميع الدرجات من حيث كفاءة الوقت، وخطر الأخطاء الحسابية )خطأ بشري(، وكذلك تحديات في تحديد أوزان أولوية معايير التقييم بشكل موضوعي. هدف هذا البحث إلى بناء نظام دعم اتخاذ القرار لتحديد الفائزين في مهرجان الصلوات البنجاري على أساس الويب، والذي يمكن أن يسهل إدارة بيانات الدرجات وتحديد ترتيب الفائزين بدقة وشفافية.
