Pengaruh kreativitas guru terhadap hasil belajar Pendidikan Agama Islam dan Budi Pekerti di SDN 2 Banjarejo Pakis Kabupaten Malang

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya hasil belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam dan Budi Pekerti di SDN 2 Banjarejo Pakis Kabupaten Malang yang ditunjukkan dengan masih adanya peserta didik yang belum mencapai Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal. Kondisi tersebut diduga dipengaruhi oleh kreativitas guru dalam pembelajaran yang belum optimal.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) menganalisis kreativitas guru Pendidikan Agama Islam dan Budi Pekerti di SDN 2 Banjarejo Pakis Kabupaten Malang; (2) menganalisis hasil belajar peserta didik kelas V dan VI pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam dan Budi Pekerti di SDN 2 Banjarejo Pakis Kabupaten Malang; dan (3) menganalisis pengaruh kreativitas guru terhadap hasil belajar Pendidikan Agama Islam dan Budi Pekerti di SDN 2 Banjarejo Pakis Kabupaten Malang.

Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis korelasional. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh peserta didik kelas V dan VI di SDN 2 Banjarejo Pakis Kabupaten Malang yang berjumlah 58 peserta didik dan dijadikan sampel dengan teknik total sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui angket dan dokumentasi. Analisis data meliputi uji validitas, reliabilitas, uji prasyarat, regresi linier sederhana, dan uji hipotesis menggunakan SPSS versi 29.

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) kreativitas guru Pendidikan Agama Islam dan Budi Pekerti berada pada kategori sedang dengan persentase 70,7%; (2) hasil belajar peserta didik kelas V dan VI berada pada kategori sedang dengan persentase 70,7%; dan (3) terdapat pengaruh kreativitas guru terhadap hasil belajar Pendidikan Agama Islam dan Budi Pekerti di SDN 2 Banjarejo Pakis Kabupaten Malang dengan dibuktikan nilai t hitung 3,656 > t tabel 2,003 dan nilai signifikansi 0,001 < 0,05 sehingga H₀ ditolak dan Hₐ diterima.

This study was motivated by the low academic achievement of students in Islamic Religious Education and Character Education at SDN 2 Banjarejo Pakis, Malang Regency, as evidenced by the fact that some students have not yet met the Minimum Proficiency Criteria. This situation is believed to be influenced by the fact that teachers’ creativity in the classroom has not yet been fully optimized.

This study aims to: (1) analyze the creativity of Islamic Religious Education and Character Education teachers at SDN 2 Banjarejo Pakis, Malang Regency; (2) analyze the learning outcomes of fifth- and sixth-grade students in the subjects of Islamic Religious Education and Character Education at SDN 2 Banjarejo Pakis, Malang Regency; and (3) analyze the influence of teacher creativity on learning outcomes in Islamic Religious Education and Character Education at SDN 2 Banjarejo Pakis, Malang Regency.

This study employed a quantitative approach with a correlational design. The study population consisted of all fifth- and sixth-grade students at SDN 2 Banjarejo Pakis, Malang Regency, totaling 58 students, who were selected as the sample using total sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis included validity and reliability tests, prerequisite tests, simple linear regression, and hypothesis testing using SPSS version 29.

The results of the study indicate that: (1) the creativity of Islamic Religious Education and Character Education teachers falls into the moderate category, with a percentage of 70.7%; (2) the learning outcomes of fifth- and sixth-grade students fall into the moderate category, with a percentage of 70.7%; and (3) There is an effect of teacher creativity on learning outcomes in Islamic Religious Education and Character Education at SDN 2 Banjarejo Pakis, Malang Regency, as evidenced by a calculated t-value of 3.656 > table t-value of 2.003 and a significance level of 0.001 < 0.05, thus H₀ is rejected and H₁ is accepted.

ترجع خلفية هذا البحث إلى انخفاض نتائج تعلم التلاميذ في مادة التربية الإسلامية والأخلاق في المدرسة الابتدائية العامة الحكومية ٢ بانجاريجو فاكيس مالانج ، محافظة مالانج، ويتضح ذلك من خلال استمرار وجود بعض التلاميذ الذين لم يحققوا الحد الأدنى من معايير الإتقان. ويُظن أن هذه الحالة تتأثر بعدم وصول إبداع المعلم في عملية التعليم إلى المستوى الأمثل.

هدف هذا البحث إلى: (١) وصف إبداع معلمي التربية الإسلامية والأخلاق في المدرسة الابتدائية العامة الحكومية ٢ بانجاريجو فاكيس مالانج؛ (٢) وصف نتائج تعلم طلبة الصف الخامس والسادس في مادة التربية الإسلامية والأخلاق في المدرسة الابتدائية العامة الحكومية ٢ بانجاريجو فاكيس مالانج؛ و(٣) تحليل أثر إبداع المعلم على نتائج تعلم مادة التربية الإسلامية والأخلاق في المدرسة الابتدائية العامة الحكومية ٢ بانجاريجو فاكيس مالانج.

استخدم هذا البحث منهجا كميا بنوع ترابطي. وتمثل مجتمع البحث في جميع طلبة الصف الخامس والسادس في المدرسة الابتدائية العامة الحكومية ٢ بانجاريجو فاكيس مالانج، وبلغ عددهم ٥٨ طالبًا، وتم اختيارهم كعينة باستخدام تقنية العينات الكاملة. تم جمع البيانات من خلال الاستبانة والوثائق. يشمل تحليل البيانات اختبار الصلاحية، والموثوقية، واختبار المتطلبات الأساسية، والانحدار الخطي البسيط، واختبار الفرضيات باستخدام برنامج SPSS الإصدار ٢٩.

أظهرت نتائج البحث ما يلي: (١) إبداع معلمي التربية الإسلامية والأخلاق في فئة متوسطة بنسبة ٧٠,٧٪؛ (٢) نتائج تعلم طلبة الصف الخامس والسادس في فئة متوسطة بنسبة ٧٠,٧٪؛ و(٣) هناك أثر لإبداع المعلمين على نتائج تعلم التربية الإسلامية والأخلاق في المدرسة الابتدائية العامة الحكومية ٢ بانجاريجو فاكيس مالانج، وقد تم إثبات ذلك بـ ت الحساب ٣.٦٥٦ > ت الجدول ٢.٠٠٣ مع قيمة الدلالة ٠.٠٠١ < ٠.٠٥ مما أدى إلى رفض H₀ وقبول Hₐ.
