Abstract

INDONESIA:

Pelayanan kesehatan di puskesmas sebagai fasilitas kesehatan tingkat pertama merupakan komponen penting dalam keberhasilan Program Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN). Mayoritas kunjungan di Puskesmas Bumiaji berasal dari peserta BPJS sehingga kualitas layanan di setiap unit menjadi faktor yang menentukan tingkat kepuasan pasien. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis hubungan antara kualitas pelayanan dengan kepuasan pasien BPJS pada unit rawat jalan, laboratorium, dan farmasi Puskesmas Bumiaji. Penelitian menggunakan desain observasional analitik dengan pendekatan cross-sectional dan teknik purposive sampling terhadap pasien BPJS yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner SERVQUAL yang mencakup dimensi tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, dan empathy, serta kuesioner kepuasan pasien. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan pada ketiga unit berada pada kategori baik, sedangkan tingkat kepuasan berada pada kategori puas. Analisis korelasi Spearman menunjukkan adanya hubungan signifikan antara kualitas pelayanan dan kepuasan pasien pada unit rawat jalan (p < 0,01; r = 0,943), laboratorium (p < 0,01; r = 0,726), dan farmasi (p < 0,01; r = 0,583). Kualitas pelayanan yang lebih baik terbukti berhubungan dengan tingkat kepuasan yang lebih tinggi, dengan hubungan terkuat pada unit rawat jalan. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya peningkatan fasilitas, komunikasi, dan profesionalisme tenaga kesehatan untuk meningkatkan mutu pelayanan di Puskesmas Bumiaji.

ENGLISH:

Community health centers serve as frontline primary healthcare providers within the Indonesian National Health Insurance (JKN) system, making service quality a key determinant of patient satisfaction. The majority of visits at Bumiaji Community Health Center come from BPJS patients, highlighting the importance of service quality across all units. This study aimed to examine the relationship between service quality and BPJS patient satisfaction in the outpatient, laboratory, and pharmacy units of Bumiaji Community Health Center. An analytical observational study with a cross-sectional design was conducted using purposive sampling among BPJS patients who met the inclusion criteria. Data were collected using SERVQUAL-based questionnaires covering tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy dimensions, along with a patient satisfaction questionnaire. The results indicated that service quality in all three units was generally rated as good, while patient satisfaction was categorized as satisfied. Spearman correlation analysis showed significant associations between service quality and patient satisfaction in the outpatient unit (p < 0.01; r = 0.943), laboratory (p < 0.01; r = 0.726), and pharmacy (p < 0.01; r = 0.583). Higher service quality was associated with greater patient satisfaction, with the strongest relationship observed in the outpatient unit. These findings emphasize the need for improvements in facility adequacy, communication, and healthcare staff professionalism to enhance service quality at Bumiaji Community Health Center.
