Implementasi program unggulan madrasah dalam meningkatkan prestasi siswa di MIN 2 Mojokerto

Globalisasi telah meniscayakan perubahan yang kompleks dan fundamental, termasuk di dunia pendidikan. Kompetisi, rasionalisme, profesionalisme serta disiplin adalah efek globalisasi yang tak dapat diabaikan. Masyarakat yang semakin rasionalis akan mempunyai banyak pilihan dalam menentukan kepercayaanya kepada Lembaga madrasah tertentu yang menawarkan kualitas pendidikan yang bermutu. Begitu banyaknya kompetisi di dunia pendidikan, sehingga mau tidak mau harus ada perubahan dan inovasi baru yang terus menerus agar sebuah Lembaga madrasah tidak mati tergerus zaman. Solusi menghadapi hal tersebut MIN 2 Mojokerto mengimplementasi program unggulan yang menjadi sarana dalam meningkatkan prestasi siswa. Tujuan penelitian pertama, mendeksripsikan perencanaan program unggulan madrasah dalam meningkatkan prestasi siswa di MIN 2 Mojokerto. Kedua, mendeskripsikan implementasi program unggulan madrasah dalam meningkatkan prestasi siswa di MIN 2 Mojokerto. Ketiga mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis hasil dari implementasi program unggulan madrasah dalam meningkatkan prestasi siswa di MIN 2 Mojokerto.

Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis fenomenologi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data meliputi pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan, pengecekan keabsahan temuan dilakukan dengan teknik triangulasi sumber.

Hasil Penelitian Menunjukkan Bahwa: 1) Perencanaan program unggulan madrasah dalam meningkatkan prestasi siswa di MIN 2 Mojokerto dilakukan dengan cara menjadikan visi dan misi MIN 2 Mojokerto sebagai landasan dan menyusun program melalui rapat tahunan bersama seluruh tenaga pendidik dan kependidikan, menyiapkan guru yang memiliki kompetensi unggul di bidang program unggulan, sarana dan prasarana yang memadai, dan menentukan anggaran biaya. 2) Implementasi program unggulan madrasah dalam meningkatkan prestasi siswa di MIN 2 Mojokerto dilakukan melalui 3 jenis program: (a) Program Unggulan Berbasis akademik dan non akademik meliputi Pendampingan Kompetisi Sains Madrasah (KSM) dan Olimpiade, Kelas peminatan( tahfidz dan bahasa inggris), Pramuka, olahraga, dan PKKM (Panggung Kreatifitas Kantin MIN 2 Mojokerto), (b) Program Unggulan Bersifat Religius meliputi Madrasahku bersujud, Madrasah penyambung mimpi, Kamis berdoa, Madrasah Memancarkan Cahaya, dan Program Unggulan Bersifat Inovasi Kurikulum. (c) Program Unggulan Bersifat Inovasi Kurikulum meliputi MIN 2 Mojokerto di Dadaku, Salam Satu Tujuan, Green and Clean for Environment Menuju Madrasah ASRI, Pemberdayaan Paguyuban Kelas, Madrasah Bersinergi (Menjalin Kerjasama/MoU), dan Excellent Service. (3) Hasil dari Implementasi program unggulan madrasah dalam meningkatkan prestasi siswa di MIN 2 Mojokerto yakni: Menjadi Citra Dan Daya Saing Antar Madrasah/Sekolah Lainnya, Menghasilkan Peningkatan Prestasi Siswa Disetiap Tahunnya, Meningkatnya Jumlah Input Siswa/Siswi MIN 2 Mojokerto setiap tahunnya, Menghasilkan Lulusan Siswa/Siswi MIN 2 Mojokerto yang unggul.

Globalization has required complex and fundamental changes, including in the world of education. Competition, rationalism, professionalism and discipline are the effects of globalization that cannot be ignored. An increasingly rationalist society will have many choices in determining its trust in certain madrasah institutions that offer quality education. There is so much competition in the world of education, that inevitably there must be continuous changes and innovations so that a madrasah institution does not die to the erosion of the times. The solution to deal with this is the implementation of excellent programs as a means of improving student achievement. The first research objective is to describe the planning of the superior madrasah program in improving student achievement at MIN 2 Mojokerto. Second, to describe the implementation of the superior madrasah program in improving student achievement at MIN 2 Mojokerto. Third, to describe and analyze the results of the implementation of the superior madrasah program in improving student achievement at MIN 2 Mojokerto.

This study uses a qualitative approach with a phenomenological type. Data collection is carried out using interview, observation, and documentation techniques. Data analysis techniques include data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions, checking the validity of the findings is carried out using source triangulation techniques.

The results of the study indicate that: 1) The planning of the superior madrasah program in improving student achievement at MIN 2 Mojokerto is carried out by making the vision and mission of MIN 2 Mojokerto as a foundation and compiling programs through annual meetings with all educators and education personnel, preparing teachers who have superior competence in the field of superior programs, adequate facilities and infrastructure, and determining the budget. 2) The implementation of the superior madrasah program in improving student achievement at MIN 2 Mojokerto is carried out through 3 types of programs: (a) Academic and non-academic-based superior programs include Madrasah Science Competition (KSM) and Olympiad Mentoring, Interest classes (tahfidz and English), Scouts, sports, and PKKM (MIN 2 Mojokerto Canteen Creativity Stage), (b) Religious Excellence Programs include Madrasahku bersujud, Madrasah Penyambung Mimpi, Kamis doa, Madrasah Memancarkan Cahaya, and Excellence Programs of Curriculum Innovation. (c) Excellence Programs of Curriculum Innovation include MIN 2 Mojokerto in My Chest, Salam Satu Tujuan, Green and Clean for Environment Towards Madrasah ASRI, Empowerment of Class Associations, Madrasah Bersinergi (Establish Cooperation/MoU), and Excellent Service. (3) The results of the implementation of excellence programs of madrasahs in improving student achievement at MIN 2 Mojokerto are: Becoming an Image and Competitiveness Between Madrasahs/Other Schools, Producing Improved Student Achievement Every Year, Increasing the Number of Input of MIN 2 Mojokerto Students every year, Producing Excellent Graduates of MIN 2 Mojokerto Students.
