Pengaruh fungsi perpustakaan sekolah terhadap prestasi akademik siswa di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) 2 Kota Malang

Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) 2 Kota Malang pada tahun 2024 berhasil menjadi peraih juara pertama se-Indonesia atas pengiriman delegasi terbanyak dalam ajang Olimpiade Sains Nasional (OSN) 2024 dan berhasil meraih 10 medali, sehingga perlu dikaji terkait faktor-faktor yang memiliki kontribusi atas prestasi tersebut, salah satunya adalah fungsi perpustakaan sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh fungsi perpustakaan sekolah terhadap prestasi akademik di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) 2 Kota Malang. Pada penelitian ini, menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode analisis regresi linear sederhana. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan probability sampling dari populasi sebanyak 127 siswa dan diperoleh 70 responden sebagai sampel penelitian. Analisis data dilakukan dengan bantuan SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terhadap pengaruh yang positif antara fungsi perpustakaan sekolah dengan prestasi akademik siswa. Analisis regresi menunjukkan bahwa fungsi perpustakaan sekolah memberikan pengaruh sebesar 15,3% terhadap prestasi akademik. Artinya, perpustakaan berkontribusi dalam mendukung pencapaian akademik siswa, meskipun masih relatif kecil dan 84,7% dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain di luar fungsi perpustakaan sekolah. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa optimalisasi fungsi perpustakaan dapat menjadi salah satu strategi dalam meningkatkan prestasi akademik siswa.

In 2024, Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) 2 Kota Malang became the first winner and the national champion for sending the most delegates to the 2024 National Science Olympiad (OSN). So it is necessary to study the factors that have contributed to this achievement, one of which is the influence of the school library. This study aims to determine the influence of school library functions on academic achievement at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) 2 Kota Malang. In this study, using a quantitative approach with a simple linear regression analysis method. The sampling technique was carried out by probability sampling from a population of 127 students and 70 respondents were obtained as research samples. The data analysis was conducted with the help of SPSS version 25. The result showed that there was a positive influence between the school library function and students’ academic achievement. The regression analysis showed that the influence of the school library function had of 15,3% on academic achievement. That means, the contributes of school library in supporting student achievement is still relatively smaal and 84,7% is influenced by the other factors outside the school library function. This study confirms that optimizing library functions can be one of the strategies in improving students academic achievement.

حققت المدرسة الثانوية الدينية الحكومية 2 مدينة مالانج في عام 2024 المركز الأول على مستوى إندونيسيا من حيث عدد الوفود المشاركة في أولمبياد العلوم الوطنية (OSN) 2024، وحصل على 10 ميداليات. بالتزامن مع الإنجازات الأكاديمية التي حققها الطلبة، شهدت الاستفادة من مكتبة المدرسة أيضًا زيادة. هدف هذا البحث إلى معرفة تأثير وظائف مكتبة المدرسة على الأداء الأكاديمي للطلبة في المدرسة الثانوية الدينية الحكومية 2 مدينة مالانج. منهج البحث المستخدم هو كمي، وتقنية أخذ العينات استخدم أخذ العينة الاحتمالية، من نوع العينة العشوائية البسيطة. تقنية جمع البيانات تستخدم استبانة مما يبلغ عدد المستجبين 70 شخصا تم الحصول عليهم من عدد بيانات البريد الإلكتروني في إجابات الاستبانة. تحليل البيانات في هذا البحث يستخدم برنامج إحصائي SPSS النسخة 25، حيث تم الحصول على نتيجة تأثير وظيفة مكتبة المدرسة (X) بنسبة 15.3% على الأداء الأكاديمي للطلبة (Y)، والتي تأثرت بنسبة 84.7% بالعوامل الأخرى.
