استراتيجيات الكياسة في مسامير الفيلم لمالك نيجر على أساس نظرية براون ولفيينسون

يهدف هذا البحث إلى التعرف على العبارات أو الحوارات التي تحتوي على أشكال من استراتيجيات الكياسة في مسامير الفيلم لمالك نيجر على أساس نظرية براون ولفينسون. استخدمت هذه الدراسة منهج البحث الوصفي النوعي. استخدم الباحث هذه الطريقة لتحليل الكلام الذي يتم تضمينه في شكل الوجوه الإيجابية، والوجوه السلبية موجود في مسامير الفيلم.تم الحصول على مصادر البيانات الأساسية من فيلم باللغة العربية وهو مسامير الفيلم لمالك نجر. في حين تم الحصول على البيانات الثانوية من المجلات، والكتب، والمقالات العلمية، والمراجع ذات الصلة. أما طريقة جمع البيانات فقد استخدمت طريقة المشاهدة والتدوين. وقد تم تحليل البيانات باستخدام نموذج مايلز وهوبرمان التفاعلي، الذي يشمل تقليص البيانات، وعرضها، واستخلاص النتائج. وتوصلت نتائج هذه الدراسة إلى 11 لفظا مدرجا في استراتيجيات الوجوه الإيجابية التي تم تقسيمها إلى 6 شكال وهي: التشجيع، إظهار التفاؤل، المديح، التعاطف، المزاح، والإشارة إلى الهوية. وجد الباحث أيضا 6 لفظا مدرجا في استراتيجيات الوجوه السلبية والتي تم تقسيمها إلى 4 أشكال، وهي: تقليل الضغط، التصرف بحذر، طلب المساعدة، والاعتذار.

ABSTRACT

This study aims to identify expressions or conversations that contain forms of politeness strategy in the film Masameer the Movie by Malik Nejer, based on Brown and Levinson’s perspective. This study used qualitative descriptive research method. The researcher uses this method to analyze utterances that fall into the categories of positive politeness, and negative politeness found in Masameer the Movie. The primary data source was obtained from an Arabic-language film titled Masameer the Movie by Malik Nejer. The secondary data were obtained from journals, books, scientific articles, and other relevant literature sources. The data collection technique used was the watch-and-note method. Data analysis was carried out using the interactive model of Miles and Huberman, which includes data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study show that the researcher identified 11 utterances categorized as positive politeness strategy, which are divided into six types: Giving Encouragement, Expressing Optimism, Giving Compliments, Showing Sympathy, Using Humor, and Markers of Identity. The researcher also found six utterances categorized as negative politeness strategy, which are divided into four types: Minimizing Imposition, Being Cautious, Making Requests, and Apologizing.

ABSTRAK

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ungkapan atau percakapan yang mengandung bentuk strategi kesantunan dalam film Masameer the Movie karya Malik Nejer berdasarkan perspektif Brown dan Levinson. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Peneliti menggunakan metode ini untuk menganalisis tuturan yang termasuk ke dalam bentuk kesantunan positif, dan kesantunan negatif yang terdapat dalam film Masameer the Movie. Sumber data primer diperoleh dari film berbahasa arab berjudul Masameer the Movie karya Malik Nejer. Sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh dari jurnal, buku, artikel ilmiah, dan sumber pustaka lainnya yang relevan. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode tonton dan catat. Analisis data dilakukan melalui model interaktif Miles dan Huberman yang meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian ini, peneliti menemukan 11 tuturan yang termasuk ke dalam strategi kesantunan positif yang terbagi menjadi 6 bentuk yaitu: Memberi Semangat, Menunjukkan Optimisme, Pujian, Bersimpati, Menggunakan Candaan dan Penanda Identitas. Peneliti juga menemukan 6 tuturan yang termasuk ke dalam strategi kesantunan negatif yang terbagi menjadi 4 bentuk yaitu: Meminimalkan Tekanan, Bersikap Hati-Hati, Permintaan Tolong, dan Permohonan Maaf.
