الرواية "ما لا نبوح به" للكاتبة ساندرا سراج تروي رحلةً عاطفيةً لبطل القصة إيلين، حيثااا تُصوَّر في مواقف عاطفية معقدة، تتناول الحبّ والنضال في مواجهة الجروح النفسية الخفية. في تلك القصة، تنخرط إيلين في عدة مواقف تجعلها تمرّ بتجارب تتعلق بالعائلة والصداقة وحتى الحب. يهدف هذا البحث إلى تحليل وكشف كيفية تصوير شخصية البطلة، أي الانفعلات التي تمر بها إيلين كشخصية رئيسية في رواية "ما لا نبوح به" للكاتبة ساندرا سراج، والتي سيتم تحليلها باستخدام نظرية علم النفس لـ ديفيد كريتش، والتي تؤكد على تفاعل العوامل الفسيولوجية والمعرفية والاجتماعية. تم الحصول على البيانات الأولية في هذا البحث من رواية "ما لا نبوح به" للكاتبة ساندرا سراج، والتي تتألف من 172 صفحة، ونشرتها دار دون للنشر عام 2018 المنهج المستخدم في هذا البحث هو نظرية علم النفس الأدبي لـ ديفيد كريتش. أما نتائج هذا البحث فهي: (1) الانفعلات الأساسية التي تتمثل في الخوف، السعادة، والغضب عند إيلين.(2) الانفعلات المرتبطة بتقييم الذات، والتي تتجسد في نجاح إيلين في خوض حياة جديدة مع أشخاص جدد مثل سام وآدم(3) الانفعلات المرتبطة بالمحفزات الحسية، والتي تظهر من خلال الألم الذي تشعر به الشخصية الرئيسية(4) الانفعلات المرتبطة بالآخرين، والتي تشمل الحبّ والكراهية . العوامل التي تؤثر على انفعالات ثلاثة، وهي: (1) العامل الفسيولوجي ويتمثل في مزاج إيلين، (2) العامل المعرفي ويتمثل في إدراك إيلين للألم الذي تشعر به، و(3) العامل الاجتماعي ويتمثل في عرض عمل قُدِّم لإيلين.

ABSTRACT

The novel “Ma La Nubuhu Bihi” by Sandra Siraj tells the emotional journey of the main character named Ellin, here she is depicted through various complex emotional situations, about love, and the struggle to face hidden inner wounds. In the story, Ellin is involved in several situations that make her experience several events regarding family, friendship and love. This study aims to analyze and reveal how the character of the main character, namely the emotions experienced by Ellin as the main character in the novel "Ma La Nabuhu Bihi" by Sandra Siraj, will be analyzed using David Krech's psychological theory which emphasizes the interaction of physiological, cognitive, and social factors. Primary data in this study were obtained from the novel "Ma La Nubuhu Bihi" by Sandra Siraj, this novel consists of 172 pages published by Dawn Publishing House in 2018. The approach used in this research is the theory of literary psychology by David Krech. The results of this study are (1) basic emotions in the form of feelings of fear, happiness, and anger in Ellin. (2) Emotions related to self-assessment in the form of Ellin's success in being able to live a new life with new people such as Sam and Adam, (3) emotions related to sensory stimuli in the form of pain in the main character, and (4) emotions related to other people in the form of love and hate. There are three factors that influence emotions: (1) the physiological factor, which refers to Ellin's mood, (2) the cognitive factor, which refers to Ellin's perception of the pain she experiences, and (3) the social factor, which refers to a job offer made to Ellin.

Novel “ Ma La Nubuhu Bihi” karya Sandra Siraj menceritakan tentang perjalanan emosional tokoh utama yang Bernama Ellin, disini ia digambarkan melalui berbagai situasi emosional yang kompleks, tentang cinta, dan perjuangan dalam menghadapi luka batin yang tersembunyi. Dalam cerita tersebut, Ellin terlibat dalam beberapa situasi yang membuat ia harus merasakan beberapa kejadian tentang keluarga, pertemanan hingga cinta. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis serta mengungkap bagaimana karakter tokoh utama yaitu emosi yang dialami oleh Ellin sebagai tokoh utama pada novel "Ma La Nabuhu Bihi" karya Sandra Siraj yang akan dianalisis menggunakan teori psikologi David Krech yang menekankan pada interaksi faktor fisiologis, kognitif, dan sosial. Data primer dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari novel “ Ma La Nubuhu Bihi” karya Sandra Siraj, novel ini terdiri dari 172 halaman yang diterbitkan oleh dawn publishing house pada tahun 2018 . pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah teori psikologi sastra oleh David Krech. Hasil dari penelitian ini ialah (1) emosi dasar berupa perasaan takut, kebahagiaan, kemarahan ellin. (2) Emosi yang berhubungan dengan penilaian diri berupa keberhasilan ellin yang bisa menjalani kehidupan baru dengan orang-orang baru seperti sam dan adam, (3) emosi yang berhubungan dengan stimulus sensor berupa rasa sakit yang tokoh utama, dan (4) emosi yang berhubungan dengan orang lain berupa cinta dan benci. Faktor yang mempengaruhi emosi ada tiga yaitu (1) faktor fisiologis berupa suasana hati ellin (2) faktor kognitif berupa persepsi ellin tentang rasa sakit yang dialami dan (3) faktor sosial berupa tawaran perkerjaan untuk ellin.
