Pengaruh kegiatan Organisasi Siswa Intra Sekolah (OSIS) dan kompetensi kepribadian guru IPS terhadap pembentukan karakter sosial peserta didik di MTs Darul Huda Srigading Mojokerto

Pembentukan karakter dapat dilakukan bersamaan dengan proses kegiatan pembelajaran di kelas pada setiap mapel dan kegiatan kurikuler atau ekstrakurikuler. Pada penelitian ini, peneliti ingin mengetahui Pengaruh Kegiatan Organisasi Siswa Intra Sekolah (OSIS) dan Kompetensi Kepribadian Guru Terhadap Pembentukan Karakter Sosial Peserta Didik di MTs Darul Huda Srigading Mojokerto.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kegiatan Organisasi Intra Sekolah (OSIS) terhadap Pembentukan Karakter Sosial Peserta Didik di MTs Darul Huda Srigading Mojokerto. Mengetahui Pengaruh Kompetensi Kepribadian Guru IPS terhadap Pembentukan Karakter Sosial Peserta Didik di MTs Darul Huda Srigading Mojokerto. Mengetahui Pengaruh Kegiatan Organisasi Intra Sekolah (OSIS) dan Kompetensi Kepribadian Guru IPS terhadap Pembentukan Karakter Sosial Peserta Didik di MTs Darul Huda Srigading Mojokerto.

Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian Ex post facto. Populasinya adalah Siswa kelas VII dan VIII di MTs Darul Huda Srigading Mojokerto yang berjumlah 125 peserta didik. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu berupa angket atau kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, serta uji hipotesis meliputi uji t dan uji f.

Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa:(1) Kegiatan Organisasi Intra Sekolah (OSIS) berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap Pembentukan Karakter Sosial Peserta Didik di MTs Darul Huda Srigading Mojokerto. (2) Terdapat Pengaruh positif yang signifikan antara Kompetensi Kepribadian Guru IPS dan Pembentukan Karakter Sosial Peserta Didik di MTs Darul Huda Srigading Mojokerto. (3) Kegiatan Organisasi Intra Sekolah (OSIS) dan Kompetensi Kepribadian Guru IPS secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap Pembentukan Karakter Sosial Peserta Didik di MTs Darul Huda Srigading Mojokerto.

Character formation can be done in conjunction with the process of learning activities in the classroom in each map and curricular or extracurricular activities. In this study, the researcher wanted to find out the Influence of Intra-School Student Organization (OSIS) Activities and Teacher Personality Competencies on the Formation of Social Character of Students at MTs Darul Huda Srigading Mojokerto.

The purpose of this study is to determine the Influence of Intra-School Organization (OSIS) Activities on the Formation of Social Character of Students at MTs Darul Huda Srigading Mojokerto. Knowing the Influence of Social Sciences Teacher's Personality Competence on the Formation of Social Character of Students at MTs Darul Huda Srigading Mojokerto. Knowing the Influence of Intra-School Organization Activities (OSIS) and Social Studies Teachers' Personality Competencies on the Formation of Social Character of Students at MTs Darul Huda Srigading Mojokerto.

The research method used is a quantitative approach with an Ex post facto type of research. The population is 125 students in grades VII and VIII at MTs Darul Huda Srigading Mojokerto. The instrument used in this study is in the form of a questionnaire. Data analysis uses descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis test including t-test and f-test.

The results of this study show that:(1) Intra-School Organization (OSIS) activities have a positive and significant effect on the Formation of Social Character of Students at MTs Darul Huda Srigading Mojokerto. (2) There is a significant positive influence between the Personality Competencies of Social Studies Teachers and the Formation of Social Character of Students at MTs Darul Huda Srigading Mojokerto. (3) Intra-School Organization (OSIS) Activities and Social Studies Teacher Personality Competencies simultaneously affect the Formation of Social Character of Students at MTs Darul Huda Srigading Mojokerto.

يمكن تكوين الشخصية بالتزامن مع عملية أنشطة التعلم في الفصل الدراسي في كل خريطة والأنشطة المناهج الدراسية أو اللامنهجية. أراد الباحث في هذه الدراسة معرفة تأثير أنشطة التنظيم الطلابي داخل المدرسة وكفاءات شخصية المعلم على تكوين الشخصية الاجتماعية للطلاب في مدرسة تساناوية دار الهدى سريجادينغ موجوكيرتو.

الغرض من هذه الدراسة هو تحديد تأثير أنشطة التنظيم داخل المدرسة على تكوين الشخصية الاجتماعية للطلاب في مدرسة تساناوية دار الهدى سريجادينغ موجوكيرتو. معرفة تأثير الكفاءات الشخصية لمعلمي العلوم الاجتماعية في تكوين الشخصية الاجتماعية لطلاب مدرسة تساناوية دار الهدى سريجادينغ موجوكيرتو. معرفة تأثير الأنشطة التنظيمية داخل المدرسة وكفاءات شخصية معلمي الدراسات الاجتماعية في تكوين الشخصية الاجتماعية للطلاب في مدرسة تساناوية دار الهدى سريجادينغ موجوكيرتو.

طريقة البحث المستخدمة هي نهج كمي مع نوع من البحث بأثر رجعي.السكان هم طلاب في الصفين السابع والثامن في مدرسة تساناوية دار الهدى سريجادينج موجوكيرتو ، ويبلغ عددهم ١٢٥ طالبا. الأداة المستخدمة في هذه الدراسة هي في شكل استبيان. يستخدم تحليل البيانات التحليل الإحصائي الوصفي ، واختبار الافتراض الكلاسيكي ، وتحليل الانحدار الخطي المتعدد ، واختبار الفرضيات بما في ذلك اختبار t و f.

تظهر نتائج هذه الدراسة أن: (١) أنشطة التنظيم داخل المدرسة لها تأثير إيجابي وكبير على تكوين الشخصية الاجتماعية للطلاب في مدرسة تساناوية دار الهدى سريجادينغ موجوكيرتو. (٢) هناك تأثير إيجابي كبير بين كفاءة شخصية مدرس الدراسات الاجتماعية وتكوين الشخصية الاجتماعية للطلاب في مدرسة تساناوية دار الهدى سريجادينغ موجوكيرتو. (٣) تؤثر أنشطة التنظيم داخل المدرسة وكفاءات شخصية معلم الدراسات الاجتماعية في وقت واحد على تكوين الشخصية الاجتماعية للطلاب في مدرسة تساناوية دار الهدى سريجادينغ موجوكيرتو.
