البناء الاجتماعي والسياسي لإسرائيل هو مفهوم بنائي لواقع إسرائيل الاجتماعي والسياسي في منطقة الشرق الأوسط. في جانب وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي، وتحديدا إنستغرام، تم تصوير ذلك من خلال كاريكاتير. في حساب إنستغرام @osamahajjaj، تحتوي الكاريكاتير على معلومات ونقد وسخرية تتعلق بالصراع الإسرائيلي في الشرق الأوسط والصراعات على المستوى الدولي، ولذلك استخدمت رموز تعبر عن الرسائل الكامنة فيها. ومن هنا تم اعتماد نظرية السيميائية الاجتماعية لمايكل ألكسندر كيركوود هاليداي، التي تركز على الوظيفة التصورية، والوظيفة التفاعلية، والوظيفة النصية. يهدف هذا البحث إلى: (1) الكشف عن الرسائل والمعاني الكامنة من خلال مفهوم الوظيفة التصورية، والوظيفة التفاعلية، والوظيفة النصية في الكاريكاتير التي تتناول الواقع الاجتماعي والسياسي لإسرائيل تجاه دول الشرق الأوسط: (2) التعرف على أشكال البناء الاجتماعي والسياسي لإسرائيل في الشرق الأوسط من خلال الكاريكاتير المستخدم. إن نوع هذا البحث هو بحث تحليل الخطاب النظامي الوظيفي (SFL) لهاليدي. تستخدم المصادر البيانات في هذا البحث الرسوم الكاريكاتورية حول الواقع الاجتماعي والسياسي لإسرائيل في الشرق الأوسط من حساب الإنستغرام @osamahajjaj. الطريقة التي استخدمها الباحث هي التوثيق والكتابة. ثم تحليل البيانات استنادا إلى نظرية السيميائيات الاجتماعية لــــ م.أ.ك. هاليداي، باستخدام منهج وربط الرموز بمفهوم الرئيسي للنظرية، ثم التفسير والاستنتاج. النتائج التي تم التوصل إليها من خلال هذا البحث هي: (1) يوجد 22 رمزا رئيسيا للمفاهيم النظرية، بالإضافة إلى السياق في كل صورة كاريكاتيرية تم الحصول عليها من خلال عدة عناصر مثل: النصوص، والمرئيات، والأخبار ذات الصلة. بشكل عام، تمثل هذه العناصر الصراع الاجتماعي وحتى السياسي لإسرائيل تجاه الدول في منطقة الشرق الأوسط وحتى العالم؛ (2) هناك خمسة أشكال من الواقع الاجتماعي والسياسي لإسرائيل، من بينها تمثيل العسكرة، رمز القمع، النفاق السياسي، وانتقاد الهيمنة السياسية, والسلطة المطلقة.

ABSTRACT

The socio-political construction of Israel refers to a constructivist interpretation of Israel's social and political reality in the Middle East. On the Instagram account @osamahajjaj, the caricatures convey information, criticism, and satire related to the Israeli conflict in the Middle East and international-scale conflicts. Therefore, various symbols are used to represent the messages embedded in the images. The theory of social semiotics by Michael Alexander Kirkwood Halliday is applied to analyze these meanings, focusing on the ideational, interpersonal, and textual metafunctions. This study aims to: (1) To reveal the messages and meanings contained in the caricature through the concepts of ideational metafunction, interpersonal metafunction, and textual metafunction, about the socio-political realities of Israel toward the countries in the Middle East; and (2) identify the forms of Israel's socio-political constructions in the Middle East as depicted in the selected caricatures. The type of this research is Systemic Functional Linguistics (SFL) discourse analysis based on Halliday's framework. The primary data in this study uses caricatures about the socio-political reality of Israel in the Middle East from the Instagram account @osamahajjaj. The method used by the researcher is qualitative, with documentation and note-taking techniques as the data collection methods. The data is analyzed based on M.A.K. Halliday's social semiotics theory using the code correlation method to explore the theory's main concepts, interpretation, and conclusion. The results of the discussion from this study are as follows: (1) there are 22 main concept codes of the theory, as well as contexts in each caricature obtained through several elements, relevant texts, visual materials, and news reports. Overall, these elements represent the social and even political conflict of Israel with countries in the Middle East region and even the world; (2) there are five forms of Israel’s socio-political reality, including the representation of militarism, symbols of oppression, political hypocrisy, and criticism of political hegemony and absolute power.

ABSTRAK

Kontruksi sosial politik Israel merupakan konsep kontruktivis realita sosial politik Israel di Kawasan Timur Tengah. Pada aspek media sosial tepatnya Instagram, hal tersebut digambarkan melalui sebuah karikatur. Pada akun Instagram @osamahajjaj, karikatur mengandung sebuah informasi, kritik, serta sindirian terkait konflik israel di Timur Tengah dan konflik di skala internasional, maka digunakanlah symbol-simbol tentang pesan yang terkandung, maka dari itu digunakanlah teori semiotika sosial Michael Alexander Kirkwood Halliday, yang menfokuskan pada metafungsi ideasional, metafungsi interpersonal, dan metafungsi tekstual. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mengungkap pesan dan makna yang terkandung dengan konsep metafungsi ideasional, metafungsi interpersonal dan metafungsi tekstual dalam karikatur tentang realita sosial politik Israel terhadap negara-negara di Timur Tengah; (2) mengetahui bentuk-bentuk kontruksi sosial politik Israel di Timur Tengah pada karikatur yang digunakan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian analisis wacana sistemik fungsional (SFL) Halliday. Data primer dalam penelitian ini menggunakan karikatur tentang realita sosial politik Israel di Timur Tengah dalam Intagram @osamahajjaj. Metode yang digunakan oleh peneliti adalah kualitatif dengan Teknik dokumentasi dan catat sebagai cara pengumpulan data. Data dianalisis berdasarkan teori semiotika sosial M.A.K. Halliday dengan menggunakan metode korelasi kode dengan konsep utama teori, interpretasi, dan kesimpulan. Hasil pembahasan dari penelitian ini diperoleh adalah: (1) terdapat 22 kode-konsep utama teori, serta konteks pada setiap karikatur yang didapatkan melalui beberapa unsur seperti; teks, visual dan berita-berita yang relevan. Secara keseluruan unsur-unsur tersebut mempresentasikan konflik sosial bahkan politik Israel terhadap negara-negara di Kawasan Timur Tengah bahkan dunia; (2) terdapat lima bentuk realita sosial politik Israel, diantaranya adalah representasi militerisme, simbol penindasan, hipokrisi politik, dan kritik terhadap hegemoni politik, dan kekuasaan absolut.
