Implementasi program BTQ (Baca Tulis Al-Qur'an) metode tilawati dalam meningkatkan kemampuan membaca Al-Qur'an di MI Miftahul Ulum Kota Batu

Saat ini, banyak masyarakat yang masih mengalami kesulitan dalam membaca Al-Qur'an. Maka dari itu, Untuk membentuk generasi yang mencintai Al-Qur'an sejak dini, banyak sekolah dan madrasah yang kini mengimplementasikan Program Baca Tulis Al-Qur'an (BTQ). Selain itu, Dalam pengajaran Al-Qur'an, pemilihan metode yang tepat sangat penting agar tujuan pembelajaran tercapai dengan baik. Seperti halnya di MI Miftahul Ulum Kota Batu, yang mengimplementasikan BTQ dengan menggunakan metode Tilawati untuk meningkatkan kemampuan membaca Al-Qur'an peserta didik.

Tujuan Penelitian ini yaitu pertama, mendeskripsikan perencanaan program BTQ (Baca Tulis Al-Qur’an) metode Tilawati dalam meningkatkan kemampuan membaca Al-Qur’an di MI Miftahul Ulum Kota Batu. Kedua, memaparkan pelaksanaan program BTQ (Baca Tulis Al-Qur’an) metode Tilawati dalam meningkatkan kemampuan membaca Al-Qur’an di MI Miftahul Ulum Kota Batu. Ketiga, menjelaskan evaluasi program BTQ (Baca Tulis Al-Qur’an) metode Tilawati dalam meningkatkan kemampuan membaca Al-Qur’an di MI Miftahul Ulum Kota Batu.

Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif. Objek penelitian yang dipilih adalah MI Miftahul Ulum Kota Batu. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan terdiri dari wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Dalam menentukan sampel penelitian, peneliti menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan terdiri dari reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan.

Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) Perencanaan program BTQ di MI Miftahul Ulum Kota Batu dilakukan secara terstruktur, dimulai dari penentuan metode yang digunakan, yaitu metode Tilawati. Selanjutnya ditetapkan penanggung jawab dan tim pelaksana, kemudian pembagian kelas berdasarkan kemampuan siswa, serta dirumuskan indikator keberhasilan dan perencanaan anggaran yang bersumber dari kontribusi orang tua. (2) Pelaksanaan program BTQ di MI Miftahul Ulum Kota Batu dimulai dengan salam dan doa bersama, kemudian pembelajaran dengan menggunakan metode baca simak. Jika waktu memungkinkan, guru memberikan materi tambahan seperti menyanyi nama-nama surah, hafalan surah pendek, adab-adab, dan doa-doa harian. Guru juga memastikan pemahaman siswa dengan memberikan pertanyaan, memberikan motivasi untuk murojaah, mencatat perkembangan siswa di buku prestasi, dan pembelajaran ditutup dengan doa. (3) Evaluasi program Baca Tulis Al-Qur'an (BTQ) dengan metode Tilawati di MI Miftahul Ulum Kota Batu dilaksanakan secara rutin pada setiap akhir semester melalui kegiatan munaqosyah. Berdasarkan hasil munaqosyah dan observasi di lapangan, program BTQ dengan metode Tilawati memberikan dampak positif terhadap peningkatan kemampuan membaca Al-Qur’an siswa.

Currently, many people still have difficulty reading the Qur'an. Therefore, to shape a generation that loves the Qur'an from an early age, many schools and madrasahs are now implementing the Qur'an Reading and Writing Program (BTQ). In addition, in the teaching of the Qur'an, the selection of the appropriate method is very important to ensure that the learning objectives are achieved effectively. Just like at MI Miftahul Ulum Kota Batu, which implements BTQ using the Tilawati method to improve students' ability to read the Qur’an.

The purpose of this research is, first, to describe the planning of the BTQ (Reading and Writing the Qur'an) program using the Tilawati method to improve the ability to read the Qur'an at MI Miftahul Ulum Kota Batu. Second, to describe the implementation of the BTQ (Reading and Writing the Qur'an) program using the Tilawati method in improving the ability to read the Qur'an at MI Miftahul Ulum Kota Batu. Third, explaining the evaluation of the BTQ (Reading and Writing the Qur'an) Tilawati method program in improving the ability to read the Qur'an at MI Miftahul Ulum Kota Batu.

The approach used in this research is qualitative. The research object chosen is MI Miftahul Ulum Kota Batu. The data collection techniques used consist of interviews, observations, and documentation. In determining the research sample, the researcher used purposive sampling technique. The data analysis techniques used consist of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing.

The results of this study indicate that (1) the planning of the BTQ program at MI Miftahul Ulum Kota Batu is conducted in a structured manner, starting with the determination of the method used, namely the Tilawati method. Next, the person in charge and the implementation team were appointed, followed by class division based on students' abilities, and the formulation of success indicators and budget planning sourced from parental contributions. (2) The implementation of the BTQ program at MI Miftahul Ulum Kota Batu begins with greetings and a group prayer, followed by learning using the read-listen method. If time permits, the teacher provides additional material such as singing the names of the surahs, memorizing short surahs, teaching manners, and daily prayers. The teacher also ensures students' understanding by asking questions, providing motivation for revision, recording students' progress in a performance book, and concluding the lesson with a prayer. (3) The evaluation of the Al-Qur'an Reading and Writing (BTQ) program using the Tilawati method at MI Miftahul Ulum Kota Batu is conducted regularly at the end of each semester through munaqosyah activities. Based on the results of the munaqosyah and field observations, the BTQ program using the Tilawati method has a positive impact on improving students' ability to read the Qur'an.

أظهرت نتائج هذا البحث أن (1) تخطيط برنامج قراءة وكتابة القرآن في مدرسة الابتدائية مفتاح العلوم في مدينة باتو تم بشكل منظم، بدءًا من تحديد الطريقة المستخدمة، وهي طريقة تلاواتي. بعد ذلك تم تحديد المسؤولين وفريق التنفيذ، ثم تقسيم الفصول بناءً على قدرات الطلاب، وكذلك صياغة مؤشرات النجاح وتخطيط الميزانية التي تعتمد على مساهمات أولياء الأمور. (2) تنفيذ برنامج قراءة وكتابة القرآن في مدرسة الابتدائية مفتاح العلوم في مدينة باتو يبدأ بالتحية والدعاء الجماعي، ثم التعليم باستخدام طريقة القراءة والاستماع. إذا سمح الوقت، يقدم المعلم مواد إضافية مثل غناء أسماء السور، حفظ السور القصيرة، الآداب، والأدعية اليومية. كما يضمن المعلم فهم الطلاب من خلال طرح الأسئلة، وتقديم التحفيز للمراجعة، وتدوين تقدم الطلاب في سجل الإنجازات، وتختتم الدروس بالدعاء. (3) يتم تقييم برنامج قراءة وكتابة القرآن الكريم بطريقة تلاواتي في مدرسة ابتدائية مفتاح العلوم بمدينة باتو بشكل دوري في نهاية كل فصل دراسي من خلال أنشطة المناقشة. بناءً على نتائج المناقشة والملاحظة في الميدان، فإن برنامج قراءة وكتابة القرآن الكريم بطريقة تلاواتي له تأثير إيجابي على تحسين قدرة الطلاب على قراءة القرآن الكريم
