Implementasi pengelolaan tunjangan profesi guru melalui Sistem Informasi dan Administrasi Guru Agama (SIAGA) di Seksi Pendidikan Agama Islam Kementerian Agama Kota Pasuruan

Implementasi pengelolaan Tunjangan Profesi Guru (TPG) melalui aplikasi SIAGA merupakan langkah inovatif dalam memanfaatkan teknologi informasi untuk mendukung efisiensi administrasi. Tanpa adanya teknologi seperti SIAGA, Seksi Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAIS) akan menghadapi berbagai kesulitan, terutama dalam hal pengelolaan data guru, verifikasi berkas, dan pencairan tunjangan yang memerlukan ketelitian dan ketepatan waktu. Aplikasi SIAGA memungkinkan proses pengelolaan dilakukan secara lebih terstruktur, cepat, dan transparan, sehingga meminimalkan potensi kesalahan dan mempercepat penyaluran tunjangan kepada para guru. Oleh karena itu, SIAGA menjadi solusi efektif yang tidak hanya memudahkan pengelolaan administrasi, tetapi juga mendukung peningkatan kualitas layanan di lingkungan Kementerian Agama.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengelolaan TPG, penerapan aplikasi SIAGA serta evaluasi dalam mengelolan TPG melalui SIAGA di Seksi PAIS Kementerian Agama Kota Pasuruan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif untuk mengumpulkan informasi tentang implementasi pengelolaan TPG melalui SIAGA, serta analisis data untuk mengevaluasi dampak implementasinya.

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi pengelolaan TPG melalui SIAGA sangat membantu seksi PAIS dalam mengelola administrasi data guru PAI terutama pada penyaluran TPG. Pengelolaa TPG di seksi PAIS diawali dengan adanya penjaringan para guru PAI yang belum dapat tunjangan maupun yang sudah mendapatkan tunjangan. Dengan adanya perencanaan yang baik maka implementasi pengelolaan dalam penyaluran TPG melalui SIAGA menjadi lebih efektif dan tepat sasaran. Selain itu, seksi PAIS juga mengadakan evaluasi setiap tahun ajaran baru dan monitoring setiap bulannya, untuk memastikan pelaksanaan TPG berjalan dengan lancar.

The implementation of the management of the Teacher Professional Allowance (TPG) through the SIAGA application is an innovative step in utilizing information technology to support administrative efficiency. Without technology such as SIAGA, the Islamic Religious Education Section (PAIS) will face various difficulties, especially in terms of managing teacher data, verifying files, and disbursing allowances that require accuracy and timeliness. The SIAGA application allows the management process to be carried out in a more structured, fast, and transparent manner, thus minimizing the potential for errors and accelerating the distribution of allowances to teachers. Therefore, SIAGA is an effective solution that not only facilitates administrative management, but also supports improving the quality of services within the Ministry of Religious Affairs.

This study aims to analyze the management of the Teacher Professional Allowance (TPG), the implementation of the SIAGA application, and the evaluation of TPG management through SIAGA in the PAIS Section of the Ministry of Religious Affairs in Pasuruan City. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, which is employed to gather information about the implementation of TPG management through SIAGA and to analyze the data in order to evaluate the impact of its implementation.

The results of the study showed that the implementation of TPG management through SIAGA greatly assisted the PAIS section in managing the administration of PAI teacher data, especially in the distribution of TPG. TPG management in the PAIS section began with the recruitment of PAI teachers who had not received allowances or who had received allowances. With good planning, the implementation of management in the distribution of TPG through SIAGA became more effective and on target. In addition, the PAIS section also held evaluations every new school year and monitoring every month, to ensure that the implementation of TPG runs smoothly.

يُعَدُّ تنفيذ إدارة علاوة مهنية المعلمين من خلال تطبيق سياغة خطوة مبتكرة في استغلال تكنولوجيا المعلومات لدعم كفاءة الإدارة. بدون وجود تكنولوجيا مثل تطبيق سياغة، ستواجه شعبة تعليم التربية الإسلامية العديد من الصعوبات، خاصةً في إدارة بيانات المعلمين، والتحقق من الملفات، وصرف العلاوات التي تتطلب دقة والتزاماً بالوقت. يتيح تطبيق سياغة تنفيذ عمليات الإدارة بشكل أكثر تنظيمًا وسرعة وشفافية، مما يقلل من احتمال وقوع الأخطاء ويسرع في توزيع العلاوات على المعلمين. وبالتالي، أصبح سياغة حلاً فعالاً لا يسهم فقط في تسهيل الإدارة، بل يدعم أيضًا تحسين جودة الخدمات في بيئة وزارة الشؤون الدينية.

يهدف هذا البحث إلى تحليل إدارة بدل مهنة المعلم، وتطبيق نظام سياغا، وتقييم إدارة بدل مهنة المعلم من خلال نظام سياغا في قسم التربية الإسلامية التابع لوزارة الشؤون الدينية في مدينة باسوروان. وقد استُخدم في هذا البحث المنهج الوصفي النوعي، بهدف جمع المعلومات المتعلقة بتنفيذ إدارة بدل مهنة المعلم عبر نظام سياغا، وتحليل البيانات لتقييم أثر هذا التنفيذ

أظهرت نتائج البحث أن تنفيذ إدارة علاوة مهنية المعلمين من خلال تطبيق سياغة قد ساعد بشكل كبير شعبة تعليم التربية الإسلامية في إدارة البيانات الإدارية لمعلمي التربية الإسلامية، لا سيما في عملية توزيع العلاوة. تبدأ إدارة علاوة مهنية المعلمين في شعبة تعليم التربية الإسلامية بجمع بيانات المعلمين الذين لم يحصلوا على العلاوة والمعلمين الذين حصلوا عليها بالفعل. ومع وجود تخطيط جيد، أصبح تنفيذ إدارة توزيع علاوة مهنية المعلمين من خلال تطبيق سياغة أكثر فعالية ودقة في تحقيق الأهداف. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، تقوم شعبة تعليم التربية الإسلامية بإجراء تقييم في بداية كل عام دراسي ومتابعة شهرية لضمان سير عملية توزيع العلاوة بسلاسة.
