Abstract
INDONESIA
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh self-efficacy dan social support terhadap grit santri putri penghafal Al-Qur'an di Pondok Pesantren Nurus Salam Lodoyo. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei terhadap 76 santri tahfidz. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan skala psikologi dan dianalisis dengan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa self-efficacy memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap grit dengan nilai koefisien regresi β = 32,47% dan nilai signifikansi p < .000. Sementara itu, social support memiliki kontribusi yang sangat kecil dan tidak signifikan terhadap grit dengan nilai β = 0,31% dan p = .583. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa keyakinan diri santri dalam menghadapi tantangan memiliki peran yang lebih dominan dibandingkan dengan dukungan sosial dari lingkungan sekitar. Selain itu, terdapat faktor lain sebesar 67,2% yang turut berkontribusi dalam meningkatkan ketekunan santri, seperti motivasi intrinsik, metode pembelajaran, serta kondisi sosial budaya pesantren. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pesantren perlu memperkuat strategi peningkatan self-efficacy santri melalui program pembinaan dan metode pembelajaran yang mendukung ketekunan dalam menghafal Al-Qur’an. Dengan demikian, penguatan faktor internal dan strategi pembelajaran yang efektif dapat membantu santri mencapai target hafalan secara optimal.

This study aims to analyze the influence of self-efficacy and social support on the grit of female Qur'an memorization students at Pondok Pesantren Nurus Salam Lodoyo. This research employs a quantitative approach using a survey method involving 76 tahfidz students. Data were collected using psychological scales and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results indicate that self-efficacy has a significant influence on grit, with a regression coefficient of β = 32.47% and a significance value of p < .000. Meanwhile, social support contributes only a minimal and insignificant effect on grit, with a β value of 0.31% and p = .583. This finding suggests that students' confidence in facing challenges plays a more dominant role compared to social support from their surroundings. Additionally, other factors accounting for 67.2% also contribute to enhancing students' perseverance, such as intrinsic motivation, learning methods, and the socio-cultural environment of the pesantren. The study highlights the need for pesantren to strengthen strategies for enhancing students’ self-efficacy through training programs and learning methods that support perseverance in memorizing the Qur'an. Thus, reinforcing internal factors and implementing effective learning strategies can help students achieve their memorization targets optimally.
