Probelematika bullying di Sekolah Dasar Islam Terpadu Al-Huda Pulau Bawean Kabupaten Gresik: Studi kasus Sekolah Dasar Islam Terpadu Al-Huda Pulau Bawean Kabupaten Gresik

Fenomena yang terjadi pada waktu akhir-akhir ini adalah case tentang bullying, berbagai macam bentuk bullying yang terjadi di sekitar kita. Baik itu berupa verbal bullying, social bullying, phisic bullying maupun self bullying. Perilaku bullying dapat di artikan sebuah perilaku yang menyimpang yang di lakukan oleh seseorang terhadap orang lain dengan cara menghina, menakut-nakuti, mengucilkan yang di lakukan secara berulang-ulang.

Problematika bullying di Sekolah Dasar Islam Terpadu Al Huda Pulau Bawean mempunyai fokus utama untuk memahami mengapa tindakan verbal bullying tetap berlangsung, bagaimana respon korban dari tindakan verbal bullying tersebut, serta bagaimana upaya guru dalam menangani fenomena verbal bullying tersebut.

Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu studi kasus. Rancangan studi kasus di pilih untuk mengeksplorasi probelamatika tentang verbal bullying. Pengumpulan data yang dilakukan yaitu dengan teknik wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Serta teknik analisis data yang digunakan terdiri dari tiga proses, yaitu: proses reduksi data, proses penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan.

Hasil temuan mengapa verbal bullying tetap berlangsung di Sekolah Dasar Islam Terpadu Al-Huda Pulau Bawean karena: 1). Faktor lingkungan keluarga, 2). Faktor lingkungan sekolah, 3). Faktor lingkungan teman sebaya, 4). Faktor media, 5). Faktor kepribadian. Repon korban dari tindakan verbal bullying tersebut meliputi: 1.). korban tidak percaya diri, 2). Khawatir dengan lingkungan, 3). Tidak nyaman bila dekat dengan pelaku tindakan verbal bullying, 4). Sulit bersosialisasi, 5). Malu, 6). Marah, 7). Bahkan trauma. Sedangkan upaya dari pendidik dan sekolah untuk mengupayakan pencegahan dan penanganan bullying melalui video motivasi, poster di setiap kelas, pengarahan secara klasikal, dan pengarahan secara individual menyisipkan nilai-nilai karakter dalam setiap muatan mata pelajaran.

The phenomenon that has occurred in recent times is the case of bullying, the various forms of bullying that occur around us. Be it verbal bullying, social bullying or phisic bullying. Bullying behavior can be defined as a deviant behavior that is committed by a person towards another in a way that insults, scares, and ostracizes that is done repeatedly.

The problem of verbal bullying in Al Huda Integrated Islamic Primary School of Bawean Island has a primary focus on understanding why verbal bullying persists, how victims respond to such verbal bullying, and how teachers try to deal with the phenomenon of verbal bullying.

This study uses the type of research approach used which is case studies. Draft case studies were selected to explore probelamatics about verbal bullying. Data collection is done by interview, observation, and documentation techniques. As well as the data analysis techniques used consist of three processes, namely: data reduction process, data presentation process and conclusion drawing.

The results of the findings of why verbal bullying persists in the Al-Huda Integrated Islamic Primary School of Bawean Island because: 1). Family environmental factors, 2). School environmental factors, 3). Peer environmental factors, 4). Media factor, 5). Personality factors. Responses of victims of such verbal acts of bullying include: 1.). the victim is not confident, 2). Worried about the environment, 3). Uncomfortable when close to the perpetrator of verbal bullying, 4). Difficult to socialize, 5). Shame, 6). Angry, 7). Even trauma. While the efforts of educators and schools to strive for the prevention and management of bullying through motivational videos, posters in each classroom, classically briefing, and individual briefings insert character values in each subject load.

حدثت الظاهرة في النهاية الأخيرة هي مسبة اللفظية. وأشكال مسبة اللفظية و التي حدثت في حولنا. سواء كان ذلك مسبة لفظية أو مسبة اجتماعية أو مسبة جسدية يمكن تفسير سلوك المسبة على أنها سلوك منحرف يقوم به شخص ما ضد شخص آخر من خلال الإهانة والتخويف والعزل، وهو ما يتم بشكل متكرر.

ركّزت مشكلة المسبة اللفظية في مدرسة الإبتدائية الإسلامية المتكاملة الهدى بجزيرة باويان بشكل أساسي في فهم سبب استمرار المسبة اللفظية، وكيف استجابة الضحايا لهذا المسبة اللفظية، وكيف محاولة المعلمين السلوك مع ظاهرة المسبة اللفظية.

استخدم هذا البحث نوع منهج البحث وهو دراسة الحالة. تم اختيار تصميم دراسة الحالة لاستكشاف لغويات المسبة اللفظية. تم جمع البيانات باستخدام تقنيات المقابلة والملاحظة والتوثيق. وتتكون تقنية تحليل البيانات المستخدمة من ثلاث عمليات، وهي: عملية تقليل البيانات، وعملية عرض البيانات، واستخلاص النتائج. وتبين النتائج سبب استمرار التنمر اللفظي في مدرسة الابتدائية الإسلامية المتكاملة الهدى بجزيرة باويان للأسباب التالية: ١). العوامل البيئية الأسرية، ٢). العوامل البيئية المدرسية، ٣). العوامل البيئية النظيرة، ٤). العوامل الإعلامية، ٥). عوامل الشخصية. تتضمن استجابة الضحية للتنمر اللفظي ما يلي: ١). فالضحية غير واثقة، ٢). قلق بشأن البيئة، ٣). عدم الارتياح عند الاقتراب من مرتكب جريمة التنمر اللفظي، ٤). صعوبة في التواصل الاجتماعي، ٥). بالحرج، ٦). غاضب، ٧). حتى مصدومة. وفي الوقت نفسه، بذل المعلمون والمدارس جهودًا لمنع المسبة والتعامل معه من خلال مقاطع الفيديوا التحفيزية والملصقات في كل فصل والتوجيه الكلاسيكي والتوجيه الفردي عن طريق إدخال القيم الشخصية في محتوى كل موضوع.
