Abstract
INDONESIA :
Keduanya sebagai syarat penundaan waktu (delay time).
ENGLISH :
Resting macrophages can differentiate into macrophages infected, activated, and the classic, that shows a different picture in terms of biological types of receptor expression, anti-microbial defense of oxidative and non-oxidative, cytokine production and antigen presentation. Classical active macrophages (CAM) is a class of macrophages by cytokines Interferron-gamma (IFN-γ) and cytokines (TNF-α), which has a response to infection with Mycobacterium tuberculosis (Mtb). In addition to the classical active macrophages (CAM), activated macrophages (AAM) function as tissue repair, stimulating cell growth, and produce cytokines and cytokine inprofit profit to generate an immune response regulation. Macrophage activation in which the classical (CAM) is more effective than activated macrophages (AAM) in killing Mycobacterium tuberculosis (Mtb), because with the help of cytokines. Activated macrophages (AAM) is more dominant in healthy lungs.
Based on the above problems, this study aims to determine the interaction model of macrophages, cytokines, dendritic cells, and T lymphocytes in Mycobacterium tuberculosis (Mtb). This research using literary research by presenting arguments that scientific reasoning literature review presents the results and outcomes if researchers think about problems of the interaction model of macrophages, cytokines, dendritic cells, and T lymphocytes in response to infection with Mycobacterium tuberculosis (Mtb). The results of this study indicate that activated macrophages (AAM) is more effective or more dominant than the classical active macrophages (CAM) which result in a reduction in bacterial load by increasing the rate k_16 and λ. Where both as a condition of delay time.
