Abstract

Krisis hunian terjangkau dan pencabutan subsidi biaya listrik bulanan memicu perlunya solusi inovatif dalam perancangan rumah susun sederhana sewa (Rusunawa). Perancangan Rusunawa Tambak Lorok ini bertujuan mengurangi beban biaya listrik bagi para penghuninya. Proses perancangan dengan menerapkan pendekatan Low-energy dengan prinsip: 1. Strategi Pasif 2. Strategi Aktif 3. Penggunaan Energi terbarukan Sehingga menghasilkan konsep makro “Econ Housing” yang memiliki konsep mikro Energy Concious Housing dan Economy Housing Metode penelitian yang dilakukan studi literatur dan simulasi untuk mengetahui perkiraan beban biaya listrik setiap unitnya. Rusunawa Low-Energy Tambak Lorok Kota Semarang merupakan fasilitas hunian terjangkau yang memiliki fungsi khusus untuk Masyarakat Berpenghasilan Rendah (MBR).
The affordable housing crisis and the removal of subsidies for monthly electricity costs have triggered the need for innovative solutions in designing simple rental flats (Rusunawa). The design of Rusunawa Tambak Lorok aims to reduce the burden of electricity costs for its residents. The design process applies a low-energy approach with Passive Strategy, Active Strategy, and Utilitize Renewable Energy principles. This results in the macro concept of "E-con Housing" which has the micro concept of Energy Conscious Housing and Economy Housing. The research method used was literature studies and simulations to determine each unit's estimated electricity costs. Rusunawa Low-Energy Tambak Lorok Semarang City is an affordable residential facility with a special function for Low-Income Communities (MBR).
تؤدي أزمة السكن الميسور التكلفة وإلغاء الدعم عن تكاليف الكهرباء الشهرية إلى ظهور الحاجة إلى حلول مبتكرة في تصميم شقق للإيجار البسيطة (روسوناوا). يهدف تصميم روسوناوا تامباك لوروك إلى تقليل عبء تكاليف الكهرباء على سكانها. تطبق عملية التصميم منهجًا منخفض الطاقة مع مبادئ: 1. الإستراتيجية السلبية 2. الإستراتيجية النشطة 3. استخدام الطاقة المتجددة. بهذا يؤدي إلى المفهوم الكلي لـ "الإسكان الاقتصادي" الذي يحتوي على المفهوم الجزئي للإسكان الواعي للطاقة والإسكان الاقتصادي. يتم إجراء طريقة البحث من خلال الدراسات الأدبية والمحاكاة لمعرفة تكاليف الكهرباء المقدرة لكل وحدة. روسوناوا منخفضة الطاقة في منطقة تامباك لوروك سيمارانج هي منشأة سكنية ميسورة التكلفة ولها وظيفة خاصة للمجتمعات ذات الدخل المنخفض .
