Abstract
INDONESIA :
Sarana sekolah sangat penting dalam menunjang ilmu, mengingat beberapa masalah tersebut, maka dibuat Sistem Pendukung Keputusan untuk Menentukan Tingkat Kerusakan Bangunan Sekolah Dasar Menggunakan Metode Fuzzy Logic. Salah satu solusi agar bisa mencakup permasalahan pada sarana pendidikan di Indonesia dengan sistem penyajian data kondisi bangunan sekolah, dimana dari data tersebut diharapkan bisa mendapat sebuah informasi agar dapat diambil suatu keputusan/ tindakan atas kondisi bangunan sekolah tersebut secara lebih efektif dan efisien.
Tujuan dari pembuatan sistem ini adalah dapat memberikan informasi kondisi kerusakan komponen bangunan di sekolah-sekolah di Indonesia dan memberikan keputusan mengenai sekolah mana yang harus segera dibenahi struktur bangunannya.
Uji coba menunjukkan sistem ini telah dapat memberikan informasi mengenai kondisi kerusakan bangunan disekolah-sekolah, serta membantu pendataan sekolah di daerah-daerah tertinggal.

Means the school is very important in supporting science, considering some of these problems, then made the Decision Support System for Determining Levels of Primary School Building Damage Method Using Fuzzy Logic. One solution that can include problems in the educational facilities in Indonesia with data presentation system, the condition of school buildings, where the data is expected to receive an information that can be taken a decision / action on the condition of the school buildings more effectively and efficiently.
The purpose of this system can provide information about the condition of damage of building components in schools of Indonesia and give a decision on which school should be addressed in structure of the building immediately.
The trials demonstrated the system has been able to provide information about the condition of the schools building damage, as well as assist data collection in schools of lagging regions.
